Two Season Guest House

This place is a good guesthouse at Sihanoukville that i seen. It has 8 room and have two kind of bed is single or two beds and free wifi. The place have other services as laundry, oil massage, and restaurant.

I feel very guilty for writing a review this late but such has been work after those wonderful vacations in Cambodia.
One of our destinations in Cambodia, The beach province, Sihanoukville.
The day we reached we had a pre-booking in some hotel, don't remember the name & since we had Giant Ibis bus which brought us here, we met Mr Den, who works at Giant Ibis & owns this property Two Seasons.

We got the tickets for the Koh ROng ferry from Mr Den & he will provide you the cheapest tickets in whole Sihanouk, don't know how...??
He showed us the rooms but since we had a pre-booking, we only managed to check-in the next day in his wonderful guesthouse.

Very Nice, spacious AC rooms & we had a great time here.
Near to Serendipity & other beaches, this place turned out so better with Mr Den assisting us whenever he can.
He also helped us with the tickets for Siam Reap.
What can I say about this man..... Great person, wonderful at heart & always helpful.
He hugged us when we were leaving & am sure, whenever, I will be back in Sihanoukville... I just need to head to Two Seasons Gueshouse.

Hats Off to Mr Den @ Two Seasons Gueshouse & Spa

The location is good being  2 minutes walk to golden lions, with A/C rooms at budget prices. There are some drawbacks, with it being Noisy at night from the strip, basic bathrooms could use a toilet seat, basically furnished (could use a chair) , i needed my own lock for the door, but otherwise A/C was fine and TV had a choice of channels in several languages.

Basic Rooms at Basic Price

Pro's: stayed in a double room-excellent location (10 minute walk to Serendipity beach and restaurants), easily accessible motorbike to rent, comfortable bed, good cleaning service, spacious room, lots of English channels and big TV, good price, wonderful and such a friendly manager 

Cons: WIFI only worked 1/4 days there (some apps were not working only at the hotel), bathroom a bit outdated, no fridge, LOUD in the mornings and could not sleep in past 7am every morning

Good stay

I will not stay at this guest house why nothing like picture on agoda no tv no sink in bath still under construction.owners have other jobs not always at property.noisy location owner and 2 friends sit in front near my window until after 12am with child noisy. Across from noisy ltv and casino many prostitutes drug dealers and noisy moto drivers .sihanoukville is no longer a quiet beach town taken over by the chinese.horrible place gambling drugs prostitutes etc
