We arrived here after a long travel and were warmly greeted with complimentary drinks! The room was spacious and modern and the shower was hot and strong. The food in the food court is varied and good, as well as cheap. Overall great stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a night or two stop off.

My favorite part was the pool. It is big and clean and has fountains and a waterfall. It's not very deep but  I like that. The waterfall has a lot of water and feels like a massage on my back. The new loungers are nice and comfortable wicker. There are shady areas covered by plants. By the pool are bathrooms and showers. The front desk said there is not Wifi but there is and the bellboy gave me the password. It was very reliable in my room back behind the pool. I had twin beds and a nice big window. Shower had lots of hot water and does not wet the floor. I stayed 5 nights this time. On Friday and Saturday the room was 1000 baht with no promo chips. On weekdays the room is 1000 with 400 baht in promo chips. I played blackjack, Caribbean Poker, 3 card poker, Baccarat. They have one table for regular Texas Hold 'Em but no one signed up while I was there. Free soft drinks and some snacks on a table. Free coffee and tea. Live music! I had a great time winning and losing it back. THere is a food court but I wasn't fond of it. THey have American breakfast from 9 AM for 120 baht. I had a good grilled ham and cheese for 40 baht. THey have Thai food and Dim Sum and desserts. Service at the hotel was very good. My first room was missing a bulb in the lamp and the cleaning lady got one right away. I met the new manager from Hong Kong and told him my shower was clogged and wet the floor, he got right on the phone and had me moved. And his aide brought me a glass of ice water. I gamble a lot and I'll stay there again for sure.

Basic room. Nice place to idle and relax. Big pool available to chill. You may want to pay more for better room. They are more new casino opening. Big C available within walking distance with more food choices.

Nice rooms, shower water works but was not hot enough for me. Casino hotel so always something going on here. The pool is very nice for an afternoon soaking. We also did a trip to Siem Reap that we booked at the hotel which was very interesting. 3 nights is about right for a day trip. There is a night market nearby which is fun.

I stopped in Poipet for business recently and was looking for accommodation more upscale than the regular guest houses.  
This place is great.  The rooms are beautiful - the air con cold (if a little noisy).  You have to go up the street to the Casino for the complimentary breakfast (maybe because they are renovating ) but that was no
Big deal and I guess most people who stay here are using the Casino. 
Be warned - they speak Thai and a little Khmer and a little English.

Visa run into Poipet, Cambodia. Casino with a day trip to Siem Reap.

If you can find somewhere else to stay, please do. The hotel is very tired. The room needed attention, the curtain was falling down, the air con controller had no battery. Worst of all was the food available in the hotel. You have to buy a card and put some cash on it. Unfortunately I put way too much money on it, but thought that because I was there for a few days that it would be OK and that I'd cash it in at the end of my stay. What they failed to tell me was that if I didn't return the card by 11:30pm the same day, I'd lose anything that was on the card. I lost 910 baht - which buys a lot in Cambodia.  They refused to check their computer logs, they refused to credit me any money, the girl behind the counter bluntly refused to even acknowledge me when I kept demanding to see a manager.  She was extremely rude, waving me away. One manager said he'd get back to me, he didn't. The rest all said there was nothing they could do. I wonder how many people lose their money. I gave the cards to Pastor Paulito and I'm hoping he can get back the money and use it on the poor children in the village we visited. It was also quite expensive for the conveniences or lack of, for the 1500 baht per night fee, there was no breakfast or Internet.
