24 reviewsWe had a western meal - fish fillet with potatoes & it was delicious even though we had to wait 20-30 minutes. It was worth the wait. We came around 330-4pm & the restaurant was empty. We dine on the balcony overlooking the 4 rivers. Located in the quieter side of Phnom Penh, I have to say it has one of the best views of Phnom Penh I have ever seen because it had no tall buildings next to it unlike the city centre & the surrounding view was magnificent. Overall, it was a enjoyable afternoon dining for us & the view was worth it.
