While staying in PC Karachi I found everyone very professional, friendly. they are very well trained. Especially Mr. Naveed and his team member Ayaz are exceptionally cooperative. their customer services are perfect.

Taipan is the best restaurant in pearl continent Hotel Lahore.... me and my family really like or love to have dinner with this place they have high quality food and high value of service Thanks to ms Syed’s aansa she accommodate us in busy Hours Thanku..

the guy named Prem chard have provied a good room service to me in ramazan month when i stay in the hotel.  nice to stay in pc hotel karachi.  hope to stay in the pc hotel again.  the service is good to stay. thanks1

I loved the look and feel of this hotel and would give it a 10/10 BUT the French man who manages this hotel is the worst I have ever met and he never leaves the bar so unfortunately any questions are directed to him. When we stayed there was a sign out front advertising for 5 positions. We met a really nice Aussie guy who has been living down the road for 12 months and when he asked where we were staying told us a few local stories. Not a nice man as already said and bad local reputation. 24 hour Ladies bar across the road, Rebels bike club on the other corner and the only obvious red light area I saw 2 minute walk down the road. None of these things would normally bother me but hope it puts people of due to the rude, arrogant, rightious attitude of the Management. No one stays for more than 1 drink at this hotel.

GOOD HOTEL THE MANAGER FROM HELL

The hotel is close to all the action on 51st street,really it is,2 minute walk away from the 2 main clubs ,sorya mall and loads of bars,,,but lets review the hotel.
Big lobby,with a long bar who sits the boss,always there,,I found him quite a luff but when he did speak to me was pleasant ..
No lift just stars,the room I had had a door to a balcony but small door no windows in the room so lacked light..
Bed was hard as a rock,sheets were not changed just lifted up and fluttered,seen this myself personally , rudimentary cleaning ,bathroom hose didn't work as it was turned off as it leaked..but I did turn it on and off when needed,caused a bit of flooding in the bathroom but needs must,.
Shower was awful..can't even begin to describe it..
Big tv on wall which was nice but everything is old and run down..
Needs revamped..you can walk outside onto a massive balcony with seating if you like smoking or drinking outside..
No food allowed to be brought into the hotel or drink,,must purchase downstairs..
The breakfast is terrible,really no choice,very poor..
The home cooked chicken at night is ok but not to be raved about and you get about 7 French fries along with it,again not worth he price..
Has a pool which I did not use so can't comment about it..
Had loads of feral cats when I was there,one even entered my room then bathroom,,was fun to see the staff try to eject it,ended up using poles .
At night the gate is locked so the night watchman lets you in and the place is pitch black so need to be careful if you've had a drink..
The reception doesn't seem to start till lunchtime which was weird and they seemed very off hand about most things..
Would I go again.....NO ....
Only thing it has is location ..everything else is poor...

beware most probably the worst hotel i stay in. we coose it because it advertise a bath tub which none of the others did surprise when we arrive only shower, curtains in shreds ,air con u/s sweat rings on pillows. shower wall had excretia on it. no locks on inside of doors, when we book description says we speak english but when we complained to manager all he would say was no speak english. breakfast was an egg a piece of dry toast and a small cup of coffee location was next to biggest girlie bar in pp. the only good thing was 42inch tv in room.rest of room was old and needed renovation.. when we left we ask for receipt  and manager said dont have any!!

This hotel was really pretty bad.  The basic room was OK.  it was large and generally clean, and the internet worked fine.  However, the place needs some renovation.  The "hot" water not only throws the circuit breaker, it barely has enough wattage to turn the water just a few degrees over room temperature.  The towels are ratty, and they do not provide soap.  When I asked for soap, I was pointed to a convenience store down the street.  After being without power for about an hour, I noticed that there were other rooms with power, so I asked the front desk for help.  There was a circuit breaker in the room, but it was fine.  The staff showed me another box down the hall, and I was told when I lost power, to walk down the hall, look inside the box, and see which switched needed to be turned back on.  They left it all to me.  So when I tried another shower and lost power again, I had to get dressed, walk down the hall, and then go back to my room and get a chair to stand on so I could reach the offending switch.  

When waiting for a friend who lives in town, I walked out the front.  A staff member chased me down.  Seems like you cannot keep the room key even if you are still technically on hotel property.  

It did not affect me, but I noticed a sign that said if you want to invite a "friend" to use the pool, then you had to pay another $10.  As the hotel is in the bar district, I am sure this is a way to extract money from men who might be enjoying the nightlife.

There was no fridge in the rooms, so there was no cold water.

The bed is super hard, which might be fine for some, but I found just too uncomfortable

I have stayed in worse rooms in my life, so this could actually be a nice place to stay with better policies and some work done to the rooms..

Really A Bad Hotel For Many Reasons

Simply shocked by this place, went in to get a nice cream and was given rock solid tub from the freezer, after complaining was physically assaulted by the staff ( we are two young English girls)  as well as my friend who was standing by watching the whole thing. The French owner was a rude arrogant and horrifying person who had no idea about customer service , the only thing he could do was shout in French for us to pay and leave after we politely told him we didn't like the ice cream. Not one reframing aspect the place is so creepy and strange and had no customers in the middle of a really busy street. Please take my advice and stay well away not worth it at all.
