We stayed here for 4 nights in total on two separate visits with a Gadventures tour. The staff were AMAZING, they couldn't have been more helpful! They were so helpful and caring when I had a jetlag related meltdown when we first arrived and even checked to see how I was two weeks later when we went to check out. Our luggage was delayed from Bangkok and they helped arrange that for us by calling the airport to check where it was. The rooms are standard/basic but has everything needed, we stayed in two different rooms (a couple nights at either end of our trip), everything worked fine - even if there was a problem I'm sure they would be happy to fix it. Aircon worked fine and was needed at all times as it was so hot!! Location is great, right next to a mini market called 'circle K' and a 5 minute walk from sorya mall or the central market. Theres also an amazing bakery nearby called tous les jours. Tuktuk drivers are right outside the hotel which is very convenient. Its about a 20/30min tuktuk drive from the airport depending on the traffic and cost $12 for one day for both or us. We would stay here again! :)
