Le Rit

I truly can't say enough good things about Le Ritz. From the second I arrived I found the staff to be both charming and helpful. The hotel has the feeling like you're staying in someone's home - which I love. Are you going to find flat screen tv's and an infinity pool? No. What you are going to find are comfy lived in rooms that are attended to with care. I found the food to be quite good. It really felt like home cooking - which my stomach appreciated! It's food I could count on. The hotel is an NGO helping Cambodian women overcome difficult circumstances. Feels good to give my money to people that really need it and not into the pockets of multinational organizations. The women produce some amazing textiles which make fabulous gifts. In my time in Cambodia I stayed there three separate times...and I can't wait to return.
