This is a small hotel which is actually a converted house, they did things right. Don't expect the services of a four or five star hotel like a hotel bar, gym, or pool, but for what it is, you can't beat it. I've stayed in all kinds of hotels in Cambodia and this one is GREAT value for money. A simple breakfast is included. You'll need a motorbike taxi or tuh-tuk to get around and they are all over the area, it's not a problem. I noticed other reviews mentioned the stairs, there is no lift so if you are elderly, ask for a ground floor room. Highly recommended.
