Room 108 and other 1st floor rooms. 
The first floor rooms have pretty decent accommodations.
The shower is in the centre of the washroom and it will drain to the corner drain.
Small fridge, kettle and a TV are in the room. AC and wifi work.

GAdventures Ultimate Cambodia Adventure 

Having read previous reviews I entered this hotel with a bit of trepidation, but thankfully it wasn't as bad as I thought. Two comfy double beds, room overlooked the street and it was nice to look down on street life. True the bathroom did have an open pipe from the sink which didn't quite reach over the drain so the floor under the sink got wet but it was only our washing water.

Pleasantly surprised

I didn't sleep there but i had breakfast with my huge family member. Kuyteav (noodle soup) is quite simple and Khmer Breakfast (Rice with fried pork) was a bit tough and the pork is ab it oily. Its price is a bit higher if compare to others. The service was good.

Simple Breakfast

Most important: clean hotel. Did hear the trucks during the night quiet loud, bed was shaking from time to time. Nice staff, safety box at the reception. No breakfast, you can walk to city center. Market around the corner.

Okay for one night

I stayed one night at this hotel . Basic accommodation as is most in Cambodia. However the air conditioner worked. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and hot water showers. Wifi in rooms efficient. 

The ultimate Cambodia adventure 

So to start off the door of our room opened the overwhelming smell of cigarettes, which was actually better than the smell of raw sewage in the bathroom. 

The bathroom has two drains. The sink has an open pipe at the bottom that goes straight to the floor so the the shower and sink use the floor drain. The other drain I discovered the next morning is on the same wall as the shower and drains into the bedroom. Since the floor isn't angled correctly for all the waste water to exit through the main floor drain the rest exits about 2 inches from the bed. I woke up to find that my luggage at the end of the bed was completely soaked with sewage water from the bathroom draining into the bedroom. So disgusting. 

No safety box in the room. There is a wall of lockers with small novelty locks next to the elevator right with all the locals taking a nap in the lobby. 

Other room used by friend didn't have a toilet seat. The front desk was frequently left unattended and we would have to wait for an employee to show up to be helped.
