The guest house is being runned by a lovely family. They were so helpful and kind. Even the location is great to get into Kampot center.
Their friendliness was pretty sincere.
I walked around to discover by myself and rather liked.

Excellent location as its well off the main road - so peace & quiet. Only a five minute tuk tuk ride into town.
Apartment rooms are spacious & very clean.
Many long term guests stay here & it is excellent value for money.

I spent 5 days in this GuestHouse. At the time of the payment, he told me that he didn't take the card, only cash. So I paid in cash. One week later I got 6 nights taken out, and I only spent 5 and I already paid in cash (no proof of payment of the shot). So I contacted the GuestHouse who supports me that I didn't pay and refuses to refund me. So I paid twice as much, plus one more night than I didn't.

The staff members are friendly and the location is quite far from the crowded downtown which is great for those who do not like noise. The service is quite too and you can also book van or bus from here.

Friendly staff- good service

I stayed here and got injured on the mountaintop. I ended up in bed for 4 mos, i could barely walk to the bathroom. They took care of me and bring me food when every i want. they went out buy my meds for me, helped me with transportation back and forth hospital, I even had a American Dr come give me treatments in the room. Very clean room food great lots of meat in friend rice. Always fresh food. Vietnamese tea for breakfast and coffee free. i also asked bananas they never charged me fir them. I ended up flying Thailand treatment for 2 mos. Then back here too stay i ended up staying over 1 yr. They offered me discount of 50$ a mo i said it was ok no need i paid 10$ day for room. Shower was great.

Fantastic place

A great little place, just a 2 dollar tuk tuk away from the town. Clean basic rooms. Good wifi, lovely welcoming hosts, and peaceful place. It felt very safe and there was a few couples with babies/young children.

Easy to find, cheap good breakfast available. I think lunch and dinner is available too but we ate out both nights. 

Overall it was exactly what we were expecting with what we paid, and good value for money. Would recommend for couples and families on a budget.

Peaceful Simple Homestay

Due to a last minute family visit to Kampot our usual guest houses were all booked up so we looked around and ended up at My Parents guesthouse. As we were travelling down from Phnom Penh by train the location was handy as it is very close to the train station.  It is approx 2 km out of town but this was not a problem as we hired a bike (you can hire from the guesthouse) and we also walked into town one morning which was nice. Rooms were spacious and clean, internet good. There was some minor construction works going on but due to be finished shortly. We never tried the food so cannot comment. The price was very good. The owners were friendly and welcoming. Overall i would recommend this place whilst visiting Kampot.

Nice little place out of town

The location just 5 minutes away from Kampot center is perfect.
The rooms are really clean and cosy, i found it the best quality/price of Kampot for room.
The family owning the place is so nice and willing to help you anytime.

Perfect place if you want to stay in a calm place, work and chill.
Definitely recommend it, specially for long-term stay.

Peaceful !!

We spent three nights in this guesthouse and were really satisfied. We were a group of four, so we divided into two rooms, both very clean and spacious. The breakfasts in the establishment itself were a very good price and offered good quantities of food without leaving behind the good taste. The owners of the guesthouse were very kind and were willing to help at all times. As far as the location of the place, although it is not in the center of the city, we are also very happy. In 15-20 minutes you can go back to the center of the city and, as the patio is surrounded by nature on one side and nature on the other, the nights are really quiet. Without a doubt, the price of this place could be paid in the English version. We were very kind and were willing to pay for this two nights in the city, although the price of the hotel is very good, and we are very happy to go back to the city, and the price of the hotel is very good.

Good relationship quality - price and excellent treatment.

It's a pity that the host always answers in English when we try to say a few words in Khmer. Everything is for the tourist, there's no local breakfast. Otherwise, it's a place to recommend more.
