Stayed here for 2 nights at $14 per night. Amazing value. Friendly staff, central location ... just over 5 minute walk to Pub Street or major shops. The room was spotless and a reasonable size(I stayed at the building at the back). Hard to beat - great value for money. Happy to stay here anytime. Staff are friendly and helpful. I had no difficulty getting a late checkout without additional cost.

Very friendly and spacious guesthouse with double rooms at just $15 only a minute walk from the main bar and restaurant area of the old town. We arrived quite late and found it purely by chance, but were made welcome by the owner, who spoke good English. The rooms are quite large and a bit dated, but with fan, aircon, ensuite shower and toilet, free WiFi and international TV. There is an eating area in the comfortable foyer, but no food except snacks are served, but there is a bakery a few metres away, handy for early-morning food if you are travelling. An inexpensive laundry service is also available at the guesthouse. It is close to most of the bus companies offices in town saving agent's costs on booking travel. Hiring motos or tuk-tuks for travel to the temples is also far cheaper from here. We found this quiet establishment ideal for our stay and visited it on our return journey too.

I paid $8 for room 105, a fan room.
There was a very good small flat screen TV on the wall, and the room was quiet.
Certain repairs need to be made in the shower room, but nothing too serious.
Friendly management.
Good location.

Great value,great location

A pleasant budget guesthouse very close to the old market and pub street area of downtown Siem Riep.

Good enough

stayed in twin bedroom for 15USD/night. no breakfast. this place definitely need maintenance. the bed not so comfy, some part of room is dusty. the owner (?) doesnt speak well english and not so friendly.
plus point is near the pub street and easy to shop around.

I paid 20$ for a private room and its in poor quality, room smell mould and poor shower. Hard to turn the shower on. wall looks dirty and the bed is uncomfortable. with the same money you can get a better room in different hotel.
