Fitness Resort Sihanoukville

Right, so its a fitness retreat, and you do alot of that. If you want to get into shape, and do it in tropical heat, with cheap accomodation. Hey you found it. Lovely room spacious, fridge, toilet/shower, big comfy bed, aircon. The personel and staff are lovely, and friendly, but really hard in the gym. I have to warn you though. You train and you train hard, so no sleepins, or late wake ups. If you just want a cheap room, with a bit excercise, this is more than that. You get breakfast, and your laudry will be done for you. This place I reccomend for people who are in to workingout and sports, and for people who just want to get into shape. Stayed for a week, and had three workout sessions everyday, apart from sunday which was a rest day. Everyday a different workout routine, Crossfit, Weightlifting, kickboxing, aikido, etc. A great experience and the Best workouts of my life. Thank you.
