Avie Moriya Villa

I had a very nice stayed at Avei Moriya villa with a large and comfortable room and it a really good location i just took 2 minutes by foots to the pup street central market.And they also served a good massage and transportation so it was took it easy for me.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, I really enjoyed our stay with this villa , and I will looking forward to go back this villa when ever go back to Siem reap again.
    So I strongly recommend Avi Moriya villa.....

We were so happy with our choice to stay at Ave Morita Villa. It's a great location, short easy walk to Pub street and night market. The rooms are very large with very comfortable beds. To too it off, staff are incredibly helpful. This is our favorite hostel of South East asia so far.

We stayed here 4 nights: the place is clean and the cambodian staff is very friendly: Luca (the italian director) is no more here.
The location is perfect for a walk in the city center, only 5 minutes far, but here there is no noise.
The price is honest!

Lovely stay and great service

Incredible quality

Been here 2 years ago and was blown away at the hospitality of the Italian owner (Luca) who is no longer running the place. The boys who run the reception now were well spoken and heaps helpful settling bus tickets, tours and whatnot. However,  absolutely nothing has changed since I came the first time 2 years ago and the place has somewhat lost it's charm. The location is great though, 10 mins walk to pubstreet and night market and the price is very reasonable. However it seems to pale in comparison with many new establishments in siem reap. 

We just left here this morning. We ended up staying here for 1 night as our current hotel didn't have room to extend our stay by a day. 

We chose it because it was a great price ($20 USD/night) and got great reviews on here. 

It's a little on the dirty side. The shower didn't work, the bathroom door was hanging off its hinges and the sheets felt a little grimy. They had a puppy in there who was peeing on the floor everywhere. Almost stepped in pee twice.

The first room we were in the ac didn't work. After some convincing,  he switched us from our double to a twin room with a working ac. The twin room is cheaper  but we didn't get a discount.
