292 reviewsStaff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Complimentary water plus a mini bar and safe in the room. The pool was clean. The very short 'track' leading to the hotel is literally only a few yards from the main road. For me being just off the main drag and away from traffic noise is a bonus. Tuk tuks are usually parked right outside the hotel but nowhere (including here) did I feel unsafe walking around in Cambodia at any time of day or night. There are shops and a selection of tasty local restaurants within minutes walk from the hotel. Pub street is around 15 minutes walk or a 3$ tuk tuk ride away. NB take a card / map from the hotel as some Tuk tuk drivers are more proficient at finding their way around Siem Reap than others. The hotel could do with a face lift in some parts and hot water wasn't always that hot. It would be nice to have a more fruits and the juices seemed to frequently run out at breakfast. The hotel does cater for groups but I didn't personally hear much noise from them at night as most go out to eat / drink. I enjoyed my stay here. While perhaps a 3++ the good value for money and lovely staff made it a 4 for me. I would happily stay here again.
