I really loved that place. The owners are very nice and the place very relaxing. It is a bit far (it take about 15 minutes to reach the city center by bike), but it's ok if you want to spend more time visiting the temples or the surroundings pagodas, like me and my husband did..

A nice small guesthouse of only 5 rooms owned by a charming couple. They can arrange all you want to make your trip easier in Siem Reap. the breakfast is simple but good and the place very quiet and relaxing. The room was SUPER clean and of a decent size. Le Fromager is a bit out of town but it is a small details as they have free bicycles to hire. Overall a very good place to stay.

I would highly recommend Fromager if you want to get more out of your Siem Reap stay than the standard hotel experience. The owner Dan is very friendly and taught us a lot about the history of the country as well as helping us to plan and book the next stage of our trip. His wife is also very friendly and is a great cook. The home-cooked meals on offer in the evenings are amazing- infinitely better than some of the tourist trap Siem Reap restaurants. 

Le Fromager guesthouse is a lovely solution for your Holiday in Siem Reap. We have  stayed for 3 nights and we  have really appreciated the kind hospitality of Dan and his wife Chen Li.
They take care of you for all your needs in Siem Reap! There is a tuk tuk at your disposal to visit the beautiful temples, they support you in organizing  excursions around Siem Reap, giving very good suggestions in any situation.
The location of the guesthouse is very quiet, out of the caotic centre of Siem Reap but at the same time close to the Angkor Wat and other temples (10 minutes by tuk tuk). The room was wide and very clean, with a comfortable bed. We had a very positive experience at Le Fromager and we suggest you this guesthouse. Barbara and Enrico from Genoa - Italy

I stayed at Le Fromager guesthouse for 3 nights. I think it qualifies for the term: "guesthouse". It is probably not the top place in Siem Reap from a price or comfort perspective but in terms of hospitality I think it scores quite high.  The owners are very friendly and make you feel at home. They helped me plan and arrange almost all my trips around Siem Reap - advised on what to do and not to do around. The rooms are basic but comfortable enough for a short trip and fair compared with the price one pays.  It is not very far to the city center  and you can always hop on a bike in front of the guesthouse which is the best way to get around there unless you want to take a tuk-tuk.
