I lived in Siem Reap for one month while volunteering and had the pleasure of staying at the Angkor Saphir Hotel. Charming hotel, very warm and welcoming staff, clean rooms, and nicely removed from the busy Old Market neighborhood. Would stay here again on my next visit. The staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome and offered assistance that went above and beyond anything I would have expected.They didn't have a pool and the restaurant serves breakfast only (and I was never up that early!) so please don't interpret my rating below as anything negative. Loved this hotel!
