Lovely hotel - good value for money! Drinks and towels on arrival- there isn't a lift but staff carried our very heavy bags up. Rooms are basic but clean. My partner and I also ate at the restaurant. Lovely food that was very cheap $3 for a curry, they also kept happy hour on late for us $2.50 per for cocktails. There is nice bars and restaurants just down the street (one does $1 cocktails!)  
They also booked our buses for us which was very helpful. 

Try and get the front room on the second floor. If you're travelling with friends see if they can get the room beside you. If your able to do this you'll have a monster balcony all to yourselves. This place has television, a very nice pool, and breakfast is included. 

Let's start with the service they provide. The receptionist is extremely dedicated and helpful, offering advice and answering all our questions very well. Friendly and approachable. I believe you will have no problems seeking seeking assistance there.

Amenities wise, it's quite decent. You have hot water, electric kettle, hair dryer and a tv. We opted for the non-air-conditioned room and it's basically giving us a fan and taking our air con remote away, which is fine as it wasn't that hot. We experienced some short power outages in the morning but nothing too serious. 

There's a very nice pool that is great for kids and for sun bathing. 

Location wise is not the best but it's still walkable to the night market and pub street.

All in all it is definitely a place that is value for money.

Located 10 minutes walk from the Night Market and Pub Street areas, the hotel is attractive with good size, clean, rooms. There are numerous cheap restaurants, laundries and massage shops within 2 minutes walk. There is a pool, a bar and a restaurant.  The staff are friendly, helpful and speak reasonable English. There is a shared balcony on the front of each floor which you can lounge in.  The room has aircon and a fridge.  The bathroom is a wetroom with western toilet. The bed was comfortable, although there is no bedside light or switch. The only plugs in the room were already in use by the TV and Fridge and to charge any devices you had to remove one or the other plugs.  Breakfast is good with a choice of eggs, fruit plate, juice, toast and jam and unlimited tea and coffee all day. The pool is a great feature especially after a hot wander around the temples. The dorms are in a separate building to the rooms. It is a budget hotel and good value  for money.

Clean hotel lovely staff

A decent hotel with good facilities

Just a ten minute walk from all the action

My boyfriend and I arrived at around 10pm after a long bus ride and we were greeted by a friendly staff member. He was very kind and showed us to our room where we dropped our bags and then set out for food. When we came back, our key was jammed and the door would not open. My boyfriend went to the lobby where a different guy (nightshift worker, I assume) was sleeping on couch. My boyfriend politely woke him and asked if he could help us into our room. The man accused my boyfriend of having done something to the door. My boyfriend explained this was our first time using the key, we couldn't have done anything. We asked for help and the man shrugged with a smirk and would not help us open our door, saying "I don't know". So we jiggled it for about 10 minutes and it finally popped open. While it turned out to be fine, the man's attitude left us with a bad taste in our mouth. He was very rude and made us not want to go to the front desk for anything. The hotel was fine, although the bathroom floor needed some cleaning, but the rude staff member made us want to leave. The first man who greeted us was extremely friendly though!
