One of the best accommodation experience I ever had- nice place, cozy room, comfortable beds, nice and very well equipped bathroom and two important things we requested : a balcony for us ( smokers :-) ) having also a table with two chairs and an ashtray and a parking place. Everything made possible by our lovely guest, Paula. Every morning a nice madam with a sincere smile brought us fresh coffee- thank you, Nelly! Room cleaning service and clean towels daily, a bottle of water and glasses, coffee and tea included, kettle and TV set , A/C ( no noise at all! ) and, of course, wi-fi for free. Everything was amazing and our stay met our expectations. We highly recommend Petra Guest House. Thank you, Paula!

Clean rooms and bathrooms. It feels like a cozy apartment. It’s really close to the main road which is a big plus. Walking distance to the restaurants and pubs. The owners didn’t bother us at all. We met only 2 times, when we got there and when we checked out. The young lady speaks an understandable English so everything was ok. She gave us some parking cones to keep our parking spaces. Overall good value for the money. 

Close to everything 

Located near the entrance to the site, beautiful rooms, simple and clean, simple and cozy lunch, welcoming staff a little expeditious but professional, very quiet, a little expensive.

Ideal location for visiting Petra

One has to call them on the mobile (or ask at the paint shop 50 meters up the street) to get the room keys as there is no front desk and the guesthouse is actually a set of rooms in an apartment building very close to the old town. Rooms are warm-coloured and beautifully decorated, it is quiet, balconies open towards a pleasant area, everything is neat and the lady in charge helpful. Within this price range, I prefer it to any of the hotels in town.

A bit hard to get to, but once there... great!

Spent few nights there with a bunch of friends around New Year. This is a large apartment, turned into a 4 bedroom apartment, no kitchen. You enter the apartment, there is a small common area and 4 doors to the 4 bedrooms. Every room has a private bathroom and a toilette. In our case, it was a great fit, as we were 4 couples, so we had the whole place to our own. 
Rooms were very clean and price was excellent, given the time of the year. The rooms are pretty basic though but provide a small fridge and a TV, nothing fancy. Room interior could be improved.
Location is really nice, right in the center of the city, behind the post office. This is very central location, you are close to everything, restaurants, bars, stores, old town, etc. at the same time, street is small and quite, no traffic. Parking around the house is free. We parked on day 1, didn't need the car for the whole stay as we walked everywhere, so very convenient. 
Will stay again.

Nice, clean and cheap, perfect location!

We were contacted ahead of our stay by email and telephone. A parking space reserved for us outside the guest house and the rooms set up as doubles as requested.  The 3 rooms hired were clean and well decorated and the beds comfy.  There are only 4 rooms in the guest house.  A satisfactory breakfast with coffee was served in our rooms at the requested time as there is no reception or dining room.  A very comfortable stay and good value.  My friends and colleagues would definitely use this guest house again.

Lovely warm welcome

This is really nice please. Apartament with 4 rooms, really clean. We are hire for 2 days and I am in press.
2 days before to arrive they call me on the phone to ask me when we will arrive that they to be able to warmed the room and do we know the place and if we don't they try to explane us. First impressions was amazing when we arrive. They keep me a car place when we arrive and waiting us on the door. Really nice with us. 
Rooms was really clean and really posh.
Breakfast was really rich and nice. They bring the breakfast to the door so you will have your breakfast in your bed. 
I hotly recommend this Gest House, you will be pleased. I will be another day hire and I don't want to leave.

Wonderful experience 

It's basically a flour in an apartment villa with a total of 3 rooms. Very clean, very nice rooms, the place is very close to town center. You get your own keys for the villa and you should call prior of arrival to make sure you don't wait around since there is no reception, just the landlord who will come.
