I am currently writing this review, in my room at this hotel, at 1 AM, because I can't get any sleep because of all of the loud music! I have reservations for two nights, but I will be leaving after one night because this place is so bad! I don't even care if they keep my money for the extra night...I need to get out! The club's music makes it impossible to sleep!!

Additionally, the room isn't the same as was shown online. This room has no windows (unless you want to count the skylight above as "windows"). The walls are paper thin, and you can hear people in other rooms. Also, my room is literally six feet away from the lobby.

This is not a hotel, but a hostel without dorms. I can't wait to get out of here in the morning because the noise is unbearable!! Hopefully I can get a few hours of shuteye after the club closes!

Worst stay ever!!

New and clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom. Very well located close to the same center and good restaurant area. 100% recommended for traveling as a couple, family or with friends. The reception staff is very friendly.

Fantastically beautiful.

Small hotel - just seven rooms, on upper floor of building on main street, just at edge of the Old Town area. Reasonably handy to shops, cafes, attractions. Surprisingly large room, very comfortable and clean, with nice sofa to sit on. Excellent bathroom and shower. Modern decor. Reception area has coffee and a fridge for the use of guests. Staff very helpful with advice and sorting out issues like laundry and train tickets.

Great small hotel

Needs to be more secure and safe 3 in the morning some on tried opening our door no staff on site when I brought this up the next day I was told they would look into it.
Also parking is a bit tricky and I asked the receptionist 2 times is it okay where I parked he told me he would go check and let me know if it wasn't (parked right in front of the hotel)  Guess what he never did and I was Towed.

Disappointed 

Just off the main street, 5 mins walk to tourist info centre and 5 mins walk to selection of good restaurants. Most restaurants have tables on balconies with magnificent views across the entire hillside down to the winding river below. Absolutely beautiful.
Room was huge with plenty of storage area and sitting room. Furnishing was chic basic. Bathroom roomy but shower had no screen so water annoyingly splashed and pooled in doorway. We end up rolling a towel up like a snake to stop this. 
Room was secure and premises was quiet.
Entry is set back from the main street about 50m on side road directly opposite small bar. No complaints here it was ample for us and excellent location.

Very modern hotel clean and huge rooms top location.

The location is very good because walking you can visit the most characteristic places of the city. It is located on the third floor of a building. It consists of 7 rooms decorated with ikea moves. Everything is new and clean. The people who occupy the place are very professional and help you with everything (taxis, tourist information, etc.). The price is very good in relation to the cozy location. The only thing that sticks is that in the basement there is a nightclub and the vienna and sabato notes the music.

Modern at a good price.

This hotel is located ten metres off the main road and close to restaurants and shops and bars.  The visitor centre is just down the road and there is a bar across the street. Which can be noisy but the music gets turned down at about 11pm so it did not worry us as we were out till then most nights.

The room is large with plenty of room for luggage. Ther is also good air conditioning snd plenty of hot water, clean linen and a small table and chairs.  The bed was a little firm and the mattress is thin.  The queen size bed was provided with a single top sheet and two very sloppy soft pillows that your head sunk through to the mattress immediately.  I asked for another pillow and they managed to find one spare pillow in another room as they have no spares of anything.  

However, this is a very reasonably priced hotel and the room was very clean and the staff helpful

There were two coffee cups provided in the room but no kettle or coffee?

Still... small things that didn't really worry us and if you want a well located large clean no frills room then we recommend this.

Great location, large room, fresh decor

I was super happy with the choice to stay at hotel play in Veliko Turnovo. You indeed get a lot for such a cheap price. Nice, silent and climatized room, comfortable beds, clean and excelent location, less than five minutes walking to the old town. Also, around there are super nice restaurants.
Staff was nice and waited for us to make the check in since our bus had a delay.
Highly recommended!

Great hotel, nice value for money!

We stayed for one night.The room is spacious and the huge bed is 2x2m.It is very clean and to spend a night or two is very cheap.It is also two steps from the center and you can go back and forth walking.

Clean and safe.

Apart from the double/triple rooms, the hotel also has a couple of small apartments. Being in 5 we opted for this option. Location clean, but with tracts, an unpleasant smell of mold. Comfortable beds although sheets smaller than the bed itself. The hotel is located near the city center.
