Apartments "Sunrise"

We are on the 3rd year in Golden Sands, Bulgaria, so i think i am able to corectly make a comparation. -The hotel is big,it is very far away from the beach(177 steps=400 m); big rooms,we got room at the 5th floor with view to the sea- great view! -The staff is friendly, specialy the ones in the restaurants and bars. -Not execellent on the cleaning point of view, no vacuuming for all 8 days that we been there, only once they changed the towels, no shower gel or soaps besides the one they put in the 1 day, no hayr dryer etc. - The entertaining ok, not great. We are a family with a small boy and we wanted very much the kids club but it wasnt great because they dont do something to entertain the kids in the 4 h (10-12 am and 3-5 pm). If u were german yes the situation was different because the entertaining staff was speaking german and was playing cards with those kids - The restaurant was big and clean. - The food was great, for all the tastes and plasures- not great in the sweets part, but a lor of fruits. - The coffee was drinkable as all the drinks there, local but ok. - The pools, all 4 of them ok, clean, without music at the pool all day long. - U have to pay for parking even in the parking spots that the hotel owns. - U must have exactly 20Euros to leave at the reception for the air conditioner remote, because they claim they dont have change to bigger bills - One warning, count your things in the room when u enter, check the folder they put near the plasma, compare what is in the folder with what is written in the folder and if u notice differences go to the reception. Also be aware during the week when the cleaning ladys change towels, if u got less towels then u originaly had go to reception also immediatly. All there warnings are because when we left, some of my frds had a hard time because when they checked theyr rooms they said some towels are missing and they almost had to pay for them, but after 45 minute of argumenting the cause they droped it and no longer asked for money (they wanted 50 leva for 2 towels) - Also the bulgarians are more then happy to except "extra money" so if u want the room faster or a special type of room they gladly take "extramoney" to serve u. The conclusion is that the hotel is over all ok for the price that i payed.
