My wife and I stayed at this hotel in mid-May 2017 for one night. We had a meeting at the very nearby Varna Free University, and a friend of mine who is a native of Varna recommended this hotel to me. It is now called Complex Diva, but unfortunately Trip Advisor lists the hotel only under its old name. We did not know what to expect, but we were pleasantly surprised. The free shuttle brought us from the airport to the hotel (quite a distance), and we were given a suite without extra charge even though we had booked only a room. The suite was comfortable and clean, and the free wifi connection worked very well. The hotel permitted us to keep our things in our room until after we were done with our meeting at the university. The walk to the university is only a minute or so. Suffice to say that we were very happy with the hotel and will certainly stay there again when we need to be back in Varna.
