I really like the fact, that you have all the appliences you need to cook and clean for yourself, even though the cleaning ladies are very helpful and the restaurants nearby are great. We had a room with the most amazing view, it was positioned towards the sea and we could watch the sunrise, I can't even say with words how beautiful that was. The pool is clean and the service is good. I strongly recommend this place.

Very nice location, hotel overlooking a gulf, cliffs and rocks
Choose a room sea view, the back side of the hotel is overlooking some never ending constructions, meaning noise and dust.
The beach is a little far away, need a lift with a car. Take some 30 minutes to reach it by foot.
There are some beautiful and large beaches, 10 minutes by car.

We stayed 3 nights in off season, nice weather, it was 10th may and we had 23 degrees celsius.

Might be kind of crowd in high season, the hotel has so many apartments.

It is situated somehow outside the city, in a new constructed area, full of hotels resorts and accommodation.  
It was all deserted in low season, but very pleasant. 

The apartment itself was big enough for two adults and two children.
Very comfortable mattresses, quality sleep indeed.
I must underline the cleanness of the apartment.
Kitchen well equipped, i cooked dinners for my children.
We didn't have breakfast included, but there are so many restaurants down town, very good cuisine at very decent prices.
All in all, worth every penny.

Two tumbs up!!! The complex is not a conventional hotel it is more an apartment studio hotel. The apartments are furnish nicely and you have all the necessary things needed to suit yourself as you are at home. Bay View is with  incredible sea view being really at sea line.

This complex is well located about 300 metres otside Tcarevo. Silent at night. Grean area outside. Bay view. Spacious, fully equipment apartments on reasonable price. Complex at all is not luxury, but it is good value for money.

Just got back from our vacation at Bay View Complex in Tsarevo. It would not suffice to say that we were deeply disappointed. For the five days that we spent there NOT A SINGLE time the apartment was cleaned even though we told the reception desk a few times. Finally we had to ask them for a broom to sweep since we have three kids and couldn't take it any longer. Here is a list of things that made the stay very poor: the complex advertises free WiFi in the room - you actually have to connect through some ridiculous old stile huge cable and needless to say it works only for one laptop - no access for phones, tablets, etc.; a tiny little boiler in the bathroom and it takes a long time to wait for the water to warm up so everyone can shower; the apartment smelled like mold; no toilette paper - you have to ask the front desk, or, better yet, go buy it yourself; everything in the kitchen looked dirty; when we got there the floors weren't swept or mopped, it was dusty so we had to "clean" ourselves; no AC in the common areas/super hot in hallways and no staff cleaning; you are basically on your own; blinds in one of the bedrooms were all broken, you have to change somewhere else so people won't see you from the outside; one of the toilette bowls (two bathrooms) was actually leaking - when we first got into the apartment it smelled like urine, besides the stink of mold; we paid 120 levas per night which is still very expensive for what was offered - you'd think that for that much money at least once in five days someone would clean and put toilette paper. The parking still looked under construction and full of white dust. There was no hot water in the kitchen at all. There was mold on the bathroom tile. And so on and so on. The only "good" thing about the apartment was that the AC in the rooms worked well and would cool off the apartment fast. There is a "closer" beach but we chose to go to Arapia every day and that was fun. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you wouldn't mind the problems listed above. For that price you can get way better service at many other places. Other than that, Tsarevo is a cute little place and the downtown area is well maintained.
