a very large bedroom and a large lounge with sofa bed- extremely friendly staff that spoke English- central to sunnybeach so all you could need for one night.It does have a pool and is right next door to the bus station and shops -so convenient

We've been to Flores Park with a group of 8 friends, and we had a very good time. When we arrived we had to pay a deposit, €150,- per apartment (we had two). Serious money if you ask me, but no problem. 
I didn't trust them, so i made a video of the apartment, just to be sure they couldn't say we broke stuff at the and of the holiday.
The rooms were very nice, in each room an airco, two balconies, and overall it was looking way better than we expected. Sunny beach really is a place you should visit.
So far, so good.
After a vacation of 11 days, we had to leave. Everything was nice, the apartments, the pool, the lounge area downstairs, perfect. (only the elevator could use some maintenance)
At the and we had to deliver up the rooms and give them the keys back. The cleaners checked if the room was okay for the deposit. Here it all went wrong, they had a list of things we 'broke'. They said the backrest of the sofa was supposed to be straight up, while it wasn't. They said we should have 4 chairs while we only had 3. And at last they said we broke the bed, which is impossible. 
After all, i showed the lady my video, where you can clearly see that all of the things where already like that when we arrived. They said it wasn't enough for them and that they were calling the police if we didn't pay €125,-. (250lv)
The other apartment, where my friends stayed, had damage too they said. They said that there were 3 broken chairs, which is straight nonsense. They had to pay €150,- (300lv).
After all, my lack of trust in this people was justly.
This seems like affordable apartments, but when they see an opportunity to get more money from you in a way that's not fair, they will do it! Watch out, i think these hotel is an absolute scam. Never coming back here.

One big scam, never coming back

first of all we hadn't booked these apts, when we arrived in sunny beach the place we had booked was shut down,not a good start !,luckily the taxi driver we had booked was brilliant and sorted everything out for us,we got a really good deal the apts are brill ,big rooms ,very clean good balcony and a great locationjust minutes from the main strip but no noise,the cleaners were fantastic in every day doing a great job,not like a lot of places in sunny beach, the worst we have stayed at is summer dreams and posiedon filthy! we would definitely stay here again loved it

arrived here and greeted by friendly receptionist nice looking place booked in straight away,no kettle but asked and one was provided microwave and fridge looked brand new  lovely comfortable beds and light duvets with plenty of extrabedding provided, happy there was a hair drier in the bathroom, apartment was bright and very spacious not noisy at night only a little traffic noise, 10 min walk to strip , supermarket opposite which sells all you might need, about 15 min to beach, nice pool area bit cold in pool, lots of sun loungers
 would stay again, tv had a few English channels too.

We had a lovely stay here in a comfortable two bed apartment.  It was fully equipped for 8 people. There was no kettle on arrival but a brand new one was brought immediately when we informed the very hospitable reception staff, Our apartment was cleaned everyday and bedding/towels changed by very friendly and helpful cleaning staff.  The hotel is very convenient for the bus station so we had some easy and affordable trips out using the public service. It is self catering and the little unobtrusive supermarket gives a discount to Flores residents on everything purchased. Free bus stop to Nessebar Aqua park just outside the hotel.  This hotel is well located for the main tourist area and a short cut to Nessebar area of the resort too,  Ideal if you don't want to be in the thrust of things but near enough to enjoy them if you want.  Pool area is very clean and garden area around the pool is well maintained.SOme good restaurants nearby too, though none at the hotel itself. The hotel caters for a variety of age groups and the young  party-goers don't emerge until well after lunch so families tend to have the pool to themselves until about 2pm.  There are no problems finding a sun bed.  Evenings can be a bit noisy if you take  pool side accommodation, but rear apartments are quiet.  Very good air conditioning. So much attention is given to cleaning rooms, pool area etc and making your stay a happy one.  Lifts can be messy very early in the morning but quickly cleaned in time for pool opening or if you decide to go out early for breakfast rather than cook your own.
