just amazing,amazing staff..and perfect service....next year I am back again in this hotel,I suggest the hotel to my friends and next time I will be back with friends

And I never forget the amazing nature of Bulgaria

The complex is well located. Walking dictance to the sea about 15 min. The room we got was OK. It was quite comfortable for two people, only wery small, a bathroom with a shower. The hotel provides a FREE WiFi. The hotel has an restaurant which is also OK

Nice Apartcomplex

Regret to say: not impressed. Arrived late one evening to find no staff or security. We managed to find our key behind Reception and made our way up to the apartment. Small but functional and entirely adequate for our stay, even if there was no oven or microwave.

Next day we walked out and nodded to the staff… and were totally ignored. Came back after a couple of hours and nodded to the staff… and were totally ignored. Didn’t bother nodding at all after that… and were totally ignored. In fact, the only time we had further cause to interact with the staff was to enquire about parking areas, and the answer was “I no speak English” after which we were totally ignored. This includes the security staff. Not sure if it’s because we booked via Airbnb rather than directly with them but a smile costs nothing in any language.

Can’t comment on the bar or the restaurant because there were no English menu and being aware of the staff attitude we didn’t ask for one either.

Facilities were good (as in pool and hot tub) and the grounds were well kept and very pretty. The complex is well located, about four minutes from main road through Sunny Beach and ten to twelve minutes from the beach itself.

After ten days of making our own amusement, it was time to leave (very early start). Attempting to hand the key to the security guard, he managed to mumble, “You leave?” Armed with four heavy suitcases, my sarcastic reply of, “Ya think?” wasn’t really understood.

Will definitely go to Sunny Beach again but next time we’ll try an all inclusive hotel. Harmony Suites I’m sure is not a true indication of staff interaction.
