The rooms smell nasty, rancid and dirty. Water pressure is weak, pillows smell sweaty. The elevators are quite old. The restaurant is more renovated, but the food they offer is not worth trying, tasteless, they use cheap products. Some leaves of my salad were dirty, indicating poor hygiene in the kitchen. Still leaves much to be desired.

The hotel leaves much to be desired.

the hotel has a good location and a large bed base. the buss is old and it is necessary to renovate, but compared to the overnight stays associated with a business trip or training is acceptable. It's a very good location

a cheap place

The only good thing about this hotel was the price and the parking, the rest to forget. The enormous room with a carpet where there were dynasties and dynasties of mites, poor cleanliness, the kindness of the non-existent staff, the worst breakfast of how many I could have in nine days in Bulgaria (and the competition was tough), not very well located... What is already a classic in Bulgaria, the homophobic touch came to the room to assign the room: we had a double reservation and were put to sleep in a room with two beds because they decided that we as a couple could not sleep in the same bed.

PP (price and parking)

The hotel is very large and is located 2/3 km from the city centre. It has numerous rooms which all have the kitchen and bathroom in the room and are also very spacious and well maintained. The hotel also has larger or smaller rooms for holding conferences or meetings, as well as a large outdoor parking lot. The less positive points concern the wifi (great in the lobby and restaurant but vibrant in the rooms), the pillow that was not to my liking because too high, and the food that all in all was good but sometimes not entirely satisfactory with a breakfast that should have more choice especially regarding sweet foods.

A nice facility for a pleasant holiday

I have lived in a single room it was big if really, with a separative kitchen, it was the only think that I liked here. the bathroom very small and I needed go to reception to ask a hair dryer. There was no slippers. And the breakfast start just 7.30 and it was o full i did't have what to eat even the coffee you need ti drink from paper cups...

Lived there for six months. The bedroom was very big, there was a kitchen and a living room. The staff was friendly but the house cleaning was not on point. I had to keep calling for them to come clean which they sometimes did not. There was a big parking in front of the hotel. Wifi was not very good in the north wing. There was a laundry room to use. The hotel is close to the center.

Spacious rooms, nice kitchen and living room

Though this hotel is located in an industrial zone, it is  a nice and cozy places. We shared a room with a friend, but this was actually an apartment rather than a room: a living room with a kitchen and a bedroom with a king size bed. 
The staff were helpful and friendly, they speak good English.
The breakfast in the restaurant was just as it should be: muesli, toasts, some ham, cheese and vegetables, coffee/tea. 
The only dark side is that wifi wouldn't work in the room.

Great place

We were really impressed with the huge rooms. We stayed for one night, on our way to Greece. This is what you call a real price/quality ratio. Very affordable stay, breakfast included, cleanliness. TX
