I wrote to the hostess a few times that I would be coming at night (they told me they were waiting), and when we arrived at 6am, we were offered a walk until 12am, like our room was still busy (which is despite the fact that there were a lot of free rooms in September!). She also specified several times if there would be a plate in the room. Yes, there was, but no one specified that the kitchen area was 4 rooms, and the teak had to be shared with the neighbors! I grumble, but at least sometimes I need to wash (it hung on the bed with a black spot). The view of the window on the sea is very conditional (however, there was a real one, no one fooled me).

I bought it for Booking reviews.

The guest house offers a nice location, being only three minutes away from the Harmanite beach. It is nice for a short stay, and it is quite reasonably priced, especially off season, i.e. after the 10th of September. Room wasn't very spacious, but had a nice balcony with a sea view.

Nice location, reasonably priced

No instructions on how to enter the building or get keys to your room.  I notified the owner what time I was arriving at the property but there was no one onsite to assist me.  After waiting over and hour and several phone calls a lady came to show my room but she didn't have wifi password and wasn't able to give me any information on Sozopol.  I tried to pay the night before I left but there was no response.  I've tried to send money via Western Union after I returned to the U.S. after a week of communication I believe the owner understands where to pick the money up from. 

The room is clean but very small, there is no view from your room.  My friends stayed at a much nicer place a few buildings away and it was cheaper with better service and polite staff.

Terrible service and no view from room

The room was rather small but ok for two people for a short stay. The bathroom door was a bit difficult to close but overall the room was clean and the balcony was nice, although facing the building right across. Not the best sea view but it was still ok.

Good location, good for a short stay

It is conveniently located, easy to get to the beach in the morning and to the old town in the evening. At night it is quiet. We had a two-room room on the 3rd floor with a side view of the sea. In the room everything is clean, neat, any dishes in the kitchen, the air conditioners work. The owners are very kind and friendly people. On the eve of the last night they brought a bottle of Bulgarian wine and a box of candy. Very nice! Thank you for a good rest. We liked everything!
