Waitress told us they doesn't have large beer but than it appeared on the next table. She told us they don't have starter we wanted but half hour later she brought it to other guests. My starter came ten minutes after the main course. We were four and the last meal came like 20 minutes after the first one. The pork was burned. They don't accept cards. We were waiting and waiting... Terrible experience. 

Bad experience

They have a nice swimming pool, it’s clean. Bedrooms downstairs are beautyfull. The restaurant food is really disgusting, one meal we got burned and brought back to the kitchen we didn’t wanted a new one. One meal wasnt good backed and the owner said why didnt you asked before to bake it well. That’s not a service that you give your customers! One of the chickencrisps i got was a bit red inside, not well baked. The glasses that you get in your room they dont clean it you need to wash it yourself and this should be a 3 star hotel😒.. most of the people working there dont speak english and they look very annoyd. If you come back late from the beach you have cold water till the morning. They say it’s a 3 star hotel, just make it one for the stay because the rooms are good down stairs in front of the swimming pool they are really comfy. But food isn’t worth a star. Every morning I also take fresh juice, a few days i have flies in it so I didn’t take that anymore. With breakfast they dont have a lot to choose and the cereal taste sometimes like a few days old.

Stay for 2 weeks

I have been very lucky to eat out many places around the world and I have found, the worst ! Terrible service and the food was the same . There where 6 of us eating and 2 dishes came out then 20 mins later another came and then another 10 minute wait for the rest 😬, the food was terrible, pork was dryer than the Sahara desert and the risotto had no rice in it wtf ?? I could write a 20 page essay on how awful the food was, just terrible 😲 . Bulgaria is such a beautiful country and has many really good places to eat unfortunately this isn’t one . I had to give it a star but not worthy one . 

Went for dinner 

Together with my wife and daughter we spent 6 nights in this hotel. Overall it was a good experience for a family 3 star hotel. 

Parking - You can park either next to the hotel or on the other side of the street, there should be enough space for everybody but sometimes it was filled with other beach goers parking the cars there as well.

Breakfast - Simple and basic but it get's you going for the day, do not expect a lot of variety.

Room - Airco, 3 beds, nice balcony with seaside view. All pretty decent looking,nothing spectacular but fits well in a 3 star hotel.

Service - Very helpfull people, extremely nice. Going for the extra mile!

Beach - 300 meters away, you will have to walk down the hill a little bit (and up when you walk back). Take a stroller with you if you have a little kid! The beach itself is nice with a lot of variety of were you can sit (paid if you want to have a chair and such).

Pool - Nice little pools, the downside for us was that the water was very cold when we were there!

Restaurant - Decent food, reasonably priced and usually it was on our table pretty quickly after ordering.

Overall this hotel is what is is. A good 3 star hotel that is ideal for families to stay and to be close to the beach!
