Neat clean good view. Down the hill from skiing. So, not for skiing unless Bansko has no accommodations. Good walking in area. Parking free. Not near resturants. But you get a feel for rural Bulgaria.

Modern

The hotel definitely had seen better days. Rooms are OK, but the place looks kind of poor and not maintained any longer. There is also a pool and a bar. Good for one night stay. We checked-in late in the night and that's a plus.

At hand on the road to Greece

This hotel is the first I stayed in where the pictures I've seen have nothing to do with the reality. We decided to stay here on our way to Greece and were hoping to enjoy a sunny day by the nice pool.
First of all the pool was dirty, the area ugly, the sunbeds beyond filthy.

The room we reserved was the luxury category or that is how it should have been. Well the room itself and the sitting area were ok and the sheets clean. 
But it was terribly noisy, the hotel is very close to the road where all transit traffic is done. 
The bathroom was smelling horrible (and not of airfreshner), you have a shower but no showerstall so you kind of shower on the floor, there is a drain and well the toilet. We only had one set of towels for 2 adults and a child.

It is a non smoking hotel so we tried to stay on the terrace downstairs, but the furniture was beyond dirty. The fitness room practicaly doesn't exist so don't count on it. 

The only thing working was the wireless connection.
