Good price but I wouldn't recommend it. Old beds and uncomfortable. Bathroom without shower, water falling directly to the floor. Old TV. Breakfast poor in variety and quality. Good location. Nice staff.

Didn’t have high expectations but even so, glad it was just a one night stay. Good location, close to the city center (reachable by walking) however not too clean and poor breakfast (quality/service wise). The shower in the bathroom had no  cabin/curtain, really unpleasant. 
Comfy bed had the biggest plus. 
However, will not book again for the next stay in Plovdiv.

The hotel is in a very good location close to the center. Friendly staff. The area is safe, I even parked my motorcycle in the street, there is no parking space in the hotel. Breakfast was poor, but enough. Rooms were comfortable but not so tidy as expected. 

A good cheap hotel. 

This small hotel is conveniently located just outside the city centre which can be reached within a few minutes walk. The rooms are clean and quite comfortable, the staff is very friendly, there is a decent breakfast included in the price which is really low. The hotel's access road is mortifying x the structure but is acceptable if we consider the low price and the good location. Recommended especially for those passing who want to visit the beautiful and interesting city.

Modest but Comfortable

The hotel pretty much faces the International World Fair. Upper rooms have a nice view over the grounds of the fair. We stayed here after being let down by another place who were due to meet us for 11pm  but no showed leaving us stranded. 

We found Hotel Nord as it offered 24 hours check-in. Despite being a late check-in (around 12pm) the gentleman on reception was very helpful and polite, he also gave us advice on where we could find somewhere to eat late at night. 

The hotel itself is clean and tidy, some of the furniture is slightly dated but the beds are comfortable and clean. We had a twin room on the 4th floor. 

Breakfast was a set dish. Standard Bulgarian breakfast, cheese, meat, tomato etc. with additional cereal, toast and coffee as required. 

A 15 minute walk to Old Town across the bridge. Perfect if you have business across the street. 

If you're travelling it's a good starting point to make your way through all the sites and end up at the international bus station on the other side of the city.

Pleasant stay, Great Location

The rooms are large, but with a little bit old fashioned furniture. Bathroom was also renovated long time ago, but everything was very clean. Good location, you can park your car in front for less than 5 euros per day. The breakfast is pretty poor, but there are few places to buy а snack in the building next door.

2 minutes away from Plovdiv fair

Welcoming reception.  Large room with reasonably sized ensuite and balcony.  Clean.  Quiet.  Good value for money.  Typical Bulgarian breakfast - basic, but freshly made.  They even welcomed latecomers to the breakfast tables.  Would recommend this as a good hotel to stay - close enough to the centre of Plovdiv.

Excellent Value

The hotel is not big, but the rooms are quite comfortable. The furniture is not new, but the beds are very comfortable. Especially the blanket, thick and soft, like a canvas. Class!) The bathroom is poorly ventilated, I had to open the window. My room was smoking and smelled of cigarettes. On weekends a lot of people come in. I can whisper and whisper. The hotel was with breakfast, although nearby hotels at the same price without breakfast. For breakfast they give a plate with cheese, sausage, oil, olives, jam. On the table tea and coffee. The hotel is very convenient in location. There is no expensive table nearby, the business center of the Old Town.

The Hotel Nord

The hotel is exactly opposite the fair centre of Plovdiv, so in an excellent position. Unfortunately the access road is narrow and very busy: it is almost impossible to find parking. The staff is very kind and available. The rooms are quite spacious but with little equipment. The minibar is empty. The breakfast is a little too poor. All in all, it is good for a short stay.

Discrete compromise

Hotel for three is nice, not noisy, located not far from the old town and the shopping streets. Shower is something. Whoever was, he'll understand. Rooms are big and old. Breakfast is fine, normal.
