This accommodation was not really our type, at all. But it was really clean, close to the old city center and the staff nice.
To he honest, we felt like we had traveled back in time. The furniture, the wallpaper, the dark colors, everything was from the communist era. It really has a museum vibe. They even have vintage AC, panic button on bathtub's wall, phone above the toilet, and some sort of a shaver. The bed linens and towels seem to be also from that period. The restaurant, once again, vintage with old but sparkle clean tablecloths. Has about 5 or 6 choices for breakfast (regular stuff  - omelet or poached egs or sandwich or cereals, etc.)
There are also 2 or 3 parking lots for which a daily fee is paid.
Bottom line is that it has a great location, a fair price, but there is too much communist era memorabilia. 


Actually, some sort of a museum 

The hotel is located within walking distance of the city center in addition to the Alyosha Monument. As such, it offers plenty of tourism options to a visitor. Rooms are convenient, clean with basic amenities and free WiFi. There are cafes and bakeries nearby for the hungry souls...

Well located, affordable hotel

Great hotel in very convenient yet quiet position in Plovdiv.  Very clean and well maintained.  The staff are very friendly and helpful.  Well worth considering if staying in Plovdiv.  There is parking available if pre-booked.  Would definitely stay again.

Good Hotel in Good Location

Room was spacious and clean. Great central location - just across one of the emblematic Plovdiv hills and a 10 min walk to “Kapana” where there is a range of restaurants and bars. Staff was very friendly and accommodated every request of ours.

A comfortable stay in a great location

Great value for money, staff very friendly and helpful.
 Airport transfers are possible and worth it.
Rooms are a really good size and very clean.
Breakfast is a bit limited but they will try to give you what you want.
Overall a very good experience and highly recommend this hotel.

Great Budget Accomation

The room is quiet and the bed very comfortable. It's a very convenient hotel to walk to the city. But one of the recepcionist was so rude!I'm just glad this person wasn't working every day in the hotel, because it was very unpleasant.

1 week in Noviz

It's true it is close to the city centre which is why we booked to go there. The problem was they bumped us out despite the booking being made 8 months in advance and confirmed. They placed us in a hotel considerably further away from the centre and told us it would be the same price. That hotel was actually cheaper than Noviz and the new hotel attempted to overcharge us saying Noviz had quoted higher.

Close to the city centre

Lovely small hotel. Good staff. Very good air con. We stayed in a two bed apartment and it was lovely. Breakfast wasn't great but everything else was superb. Its about fifteen mins walk from station, ten mins from old town  and five mins from big shopping mall. I really recommend  this hotel.

We chose Noviz Hotel for the event of Open Opera 2019.
The hotel is located 15 min walking from Old Town and Ancient Theatre, so no need to use your car, especially in Plovdiv (is well known as Mission Impossible to find a parking place).
The hotel is not very big, but the rooms are large and clean; the bath room as well.
There is a elevator to the 5th floor, a small restaurant for breakfast, and a SPA center in the cellar.
The main reason (for me) to book rooms at Noviz was to have a parking place !
ADIVICE: when you are making your reservation, BOOK for a parking place as well, as the places are not too many !

Very good location, big and clean rooms

Located in a quiet location, across the road from a large park, the hotel is a 20 min walk to town.

Service at reception was good... but don't go early to breakfast - we were 2 minutes early and got told to leave in no uncertain terms!

Accommodation - basic but comfortable, wifi in room. Tea and coffee making in room.

Eating - hot and cold breakfast, small selection. Restaurant decor is drab, but food is good.
