Nesebar

Don't let the look of the entrance frighten you. It might seem like some backyard -dirty sleeping place, but once you come inside, you will feel comfortable instantly. The host is extremely friendly and always there to help you. He not only offered us a tour through old nessebar, but also was so kind to make some calls in order to get us the timetable for the fast ferry to sozopol. I would recommend this place to anyone, who doesn't have a 5 star hotel expectation.

Extremely friendly host

Very good. I spent nice days in Nessebar. Room is perfect! The place is strategic. The host (Bojin) is great!  he is always ready to help you.
I definitely will come back at Guest room Edelwaiss in future....

Strategic place

I stayed with my girlfriend in Guestroom Edelweiss, in the 5-th floor, which has 4 beds. It was nice room, with everything needed: fridge, tv, shower etc. It had also really nice small balcony.

When you are intrested being in beach, then this is a good location. But I recommend South Nessebar Beach, which is a miracle, compared to overgrowded Sunny Beach. It is 10 - 15 min to the beach. 

Really near to guestroom are also some supermarkets, one, which is opened 24 hrs / day.

When you dont want to spend too much money (and be in some exquisite place) then I warmly recommend the place. While we stayed alone in the room, where also dorms are possible, then I cannot say, how the other rooms there are.

Nice place

small and clean apartment-style hostel in the new town of nessebar (old town, beach and bus station are only a short walk away). The owner was very helpfull, wating for me on his day off, explained me the local busses to burgas etc.

best value in nessebar

We booked this hostel online and was very easy to find upon arrival. The owner was very nice, knowledgeable, smiley and incredibly helpful too! He gave us a map and showed us where the best places, restaurants..etc. were and was especially helpful when we were confused about the bus schedule. Without him we would have missed our flight back home for sure. He also speaks excellent English. I can highly recommend this place!

SUPER NICE AND FRIENDLY OWNER!

Nice location! Perfect WiFi! Kitchen but if someone cooks all the smells are in the room with the beds! Bed comfortable but from a layout perspective it must be greatly improved! No private locker, toilet behind the shower if someone just washed the whole room is under water! No light for the beds near the balcony at night! No real information about the city or ways to get out of it! But it still remains despite everything a cheap address for Nessebar

Between mediocre and medium

Despite the kindness of the owner of the place (an almost intrusive kindness, which can make you uncomfortable) and the efforts to arrange the apartment (computer and wifi available, table, kitchen equipped with kettle, grill, etc.), the location of this guest room is a very negative point. If you have a car and don't count on the evening, it may be convenient. Otherwise, avoid this guest room located in the new city, in a street full of stray dogs.
