It is so nice to see my hometown in Tripadvisor! First things first, I am sorry that sometimes the staff don't speak the language. In the defence of weddings - this is one of the most popular places in town which makes it an attractive location for weddings and other celebratory matters - my husband and I got married in England, but celebrated with my Bulgarian family at this hotel (but in the restaurant area) and we specifically requested the restaurant/bar to be reserved for us, which is a common thing in Bulgaria. The waiting staff were very friendly, we were treated kindly and a lot of special requests from a lot of guests were taken very kindly and seriously. The food was amazing, typical from the region and the restaurant even provides for entertainment for children. I guess it must be a bit more difficult for people who do not speak the language, but luckily that was not the case for us. The prices are reasonable even for Bulgarian standards, and with it being in the nice park of Karnobat ensures for a quiet and relaxing environment.
