Beutiful and very interesting show. The mens and womens who working there are so empathic and funny. The food is very delicious and traditional Bulgarian. The waiters are very profesional and warm. This is good place for hololidays. The restaurant has a very nice sea view.

I was for the second time here and i can say that was amazing.I was with my sister’s family and mine and they are loving this place too.The animators gave me this QR code and told me that i can show my opinion about my stay here and there we are.The girls from the animation are amazing beautiful young women and they cared my children all the time when they were in the mini club.It had games for adults like beer ping pong and karaoke and i enjoyed sometimes two boys showed on the stage i thought that they are like polish or slowakish animators and they are little bit annoying because they made my two girls uncomfortable with their dances.The food was amazing and me and my family want to come again in this hotel because the services and the place was amazing

Very beautiful girl on animation i would like to take this girl on the date after this holidays very good rooms i really enjoy this holidays with my friends and i would remeber this vacations when i old beacuse this is my first holidays with my brothers

After 6 days Its amazing Its only the food that is basically the same most of the time.

Best animation and food!

Everything amazing mostly the staff

Very good

We have been staying at this hotel for one week in september 2022. Room was quite good and clean. Bathroom was dark and needed renovation. Balcony looked like it was never cleaned. Cleaning lady didn't clean a floor, just garbage and bedding. Food was good but the same every day. Acohol too strong, they filled half of glass with vodka. You just couldn't drink it. Maybe it was intentional, so you wouldn't come back for more ;) Sweets the same every day, and half of it filled with glucose-fructose syrup. It was disgusting. Snacks ..there were no snacks, just something like a small hamburger and pizza. The staff was horrible. All except one lady in reception desk were unpleasant and rude, also didn't know english! They said that there is a bar on the beach for all inclusive guests, there wasn't :) One guy at the bar next to reception desk was unpleasant and rude. He smoked cigarettes all the time. They didn't allow us to take two mugs to our room to make ourself a tea. There was no equipment in the room. The north beach was below our hotel which was a big plus. The waves were really big, there was a lot of fun in the water. Just be careful of the jellyfish ;)

Nothing special

I traveled with a two-year-old and my parents. We stayed in a family room with a sea view. The room was nice and the view was phenomenal.
I loved the playground areas for kids orI should say my two-year-old loved them. The swimming pool water was too cold most of the time but it was September after all. Due to that, we had no problem finding free sunbeds or a table in the restaurant.
The food was what I liked the least. There wasn't much choice and it was not my taste. 
Primorsko in September is a quiet place so if you like entertainment you may be disappointed. The weather was very nice until the 15th then it got much colder.
Overall, I liked the stay but woul probably not return.

A September stay

We stay a week in July 16, Good location, 2 minutes’ walk from the beach
There are two buildings, Perla Beach Hotel III & Perla Beach Hotel I, sharing same facilities (dining room, pool, bars, etc.)
We stay in Perla Beach Hotel III, as I understand less luxurious
The rooms very basic equipped but clean
We booked only bed & breakfast, and it was right decision
In the town many restaurants with great and tasty Bulgarian food, much better than in hotel
Staff unprofessional not very helpful. Weak in languages.
Wi-Fi in rooms not functioning

Nice hotel and animation program. Good quality food, various types. Close to beach. Great snacks during day. Waiters take care of what you want during the time you are close to swimming pool. 
Limited variant of drinks available on the bar for all inclusive (not well known drinks).

Family trip

I strongly discourage everyone from visiting this hotel. The reception is extremely unhelpful and rude, when I had a problem because I lost my key (which by the way I have been given only one despite the fact that I am travelling with another adult ), the lady at the reception told me with a cruel smile that it is not her problem and she cannon give me another one because people earlier lost a kot of keys so she doesn't have any and this is my problem. After long talk with her (at 10 pm with my child in my arms) she gave me a key but it was an old key and with it the Air conditioning and current didn't work. When I asked for another key she replied that she won't give me another one because it's not her problem. After my intervention with TUI service I was informed that the key will he given to me when I will pay for it. But the lady at the reception told the consultant that I have been given 2 keys at the first time, which is a lie. I have never been treated with such luck of kindness and basic human empathy. 

The rooms are very poor also. But the reception is the worst.

Good location nice and clean rooms..staff very unprofessional not really helpfull..weak in languages..
Barmens at the pool friendly, very good meal.
No towels for the beach no all in service on the beach😞
No recommend for demanding clients
