We're really disappointed with this hotel. The price is ok but the service is awful. It's situated next to Sofia, not far from the airport. There is a small parking. There's actually a pool next to it, so in the afternoon we had to park in the fields as there was no place.
The staff is neither friendly nor pleasant or polite. The receptionnist was soooo slow and unpleasent! There is no breakfast included. When we asked for a cup of coffee in the morning, a guy (working behind the bar) yelled at us because he was a cook and not a waiter (how are we supposed to know that is a mistery....). During the dinner, the waiters were just there, hung on their phones, while we were wainting to be served (it took them 1h to bring us a bottle of water, 1h more for the wine, the meals were cold).
Then, the room was okay but there was not a curtain in the shower so the bathroom was flooded after we took a shower. It was quite clean though.

Avoid!

Stayed here for one night on the way to Central Asia, the hotel had inadequate bedding, it also was a little smelly, the air con didn't work very well, 
The receptionist was friendly and helpful but hotel was poor, I thought it was like the type of place that you would rent by the hour, 
Ok if your stuck, my advise keep driving
