Elli Greco Hotel

Spacious, clean and aircon rooms, excellent cuisine. Reasonable prices.  Very nice dry red wine from their production. Very large and clean swimming pool with bar open untill midnight.  Lot of green and trees. Extremely friendly and nice staff.

The place is located just 5 minutes from Melnik. It is a new hotel, the beds are really comfortable. They include a small terrace looking to the Melnik Pyramids. The restaurant is also nice, and the breakfast is super. I highly recommend this accomodation for everyone who stays nearby. 

We were there for one night in the summer. The rooms are small but very clean. The pool is well maintained with a very nice view - between two pyramids. Very good food and own wine, very friendly staff! Recommend it!

I came here twice for drinks and to sit by the pool, even though I was staying at another hotel.
The staff are friendly - nice atmosphere by the pool- good food and drink all at a good price.

Meand my friends visited the swimming pool during the day. It is so quiet and peaceful location surrounded by mountains and trees. There is variety of refreshing drinks and meals. Food is tasty and fresh. Lovely place to spend time with family and friends.

The hotel is 5’ on foot to Melnik in a green zone and you can find it easily. It has a big private and free parking, a reception always open, a large restaurant and many common areas.
Our room was essential but comfortable, clean and spacious enough, the bathroom was OK but the shower was without protection for water (neither cabin nor curtain). 
The weather was quite warm so we didn’t use either heating or air conditioning. 
We didn’t try the restaurant for dinner.
I liked the breakfast very much: yogurt, jam and fruit in syrup were delicious.


I was here just for while to have a lunch, food was fantastic, and checked some rooms, rooms was clean as you see, and recommend you to stay here and have a fun with your friends, they have perfect pool for swimming 

We (two couples) stayed in Elli Greco the night of 29 May 2018. We enjoyed staying there. People were very nice and friendly. There is a nice swimming pool and restaurant, with Greek music and good atmosphere. The room was simple, but clean and convenient. Breakfast was excellent, and was served with a nice smile. The weak point was availability of people in the reception. Most of the time the reception was unmanned.

It is a very good choice for Melnik as:
1) It is quite at the entrance of the village (center 5 min by feet)
2) it provides many parking slots (hotels in the village don't have this privilege)
3) The exterior design is traditional and the interior modern and comfortable
4) The prices are very good
5) It has an excellent outdoor bar at a pool for the summertime
The rooms are simple but clean and comfortable. Breakfast is better than average, stuff is polite, there are persons who speek greek. We had a small problem with heating (the remote control was automated to shut down every 10 min), but we have got ahead it.
A minus: For cold days there is not a place (bar/lobby) to sit and play boardgames and have a drink. I imagine during summerperiod it will be wonderful.

Swimming pool review 

A clean and fine looking place. The rooms are only fit to sleep in them, if you drop your luggages, you can hardly move around them. The bathroom should have some shower curtains, at the moment you are flooding the whole bathroom with every shower. The poolside is fabulous and atmospheric, excellent for larger group of friends. Our window opened to the outside of a noisy and functioning airconditioner.
