Heat Complex Family Hotel

I stayed in the hotel for one night in a double room. The room was clean and cosy, the bathroom was functional and clean. The spa had a jacuzzi, sauna and masseuse services that I enjoyed very much. Despite that you have to go through the cafe to get to the spa, there are changing rooms provided which is very convenient and practical. The food was very good, the staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay again and I do recommend. The place has been refurbished recently, you could tell, and it is very fresh.

Fresh and cosy place to relax

Well, my girlfriend and I were looking for a place to go away around the holidays to spend some nice time together, specifically at a spa hotel. We found some vouchers for this hotel and decided to give it a shot!
From the start - going through a bar/cafe and upstairs with our bags (no elevator) - to reception, to be on the top floor of the hotel (still no elevator) and to find a room with no soap in it (shower gel or regular soap). We wanted massages, which I eventually had, which took place in the main room with the jacuzzi, and it was clear that, me being a foreigner, they tried to take advantage and offer only a 30 minute massage instead of the 50 minutes that are posted when we made the appointment.
The room wasn't cleaned while we were there, and overall was nothing special considering it was the most expensive in the hotel. The spa itself wasn't bad (steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, and heat chairs).
The restaurant was abysmal, with breakfast being "included" for us but was extremely simple and tasteless; dinner was about the same, and overall was even slow at that. 
To get to the spa you had to walk through the aforementioned cafe/club, which was a bit strange, especially if in the evening when it's busy with people meeting and you are in your bathrobe. 
Overall, probably the other hotel in the town (Domaine Peshtera Hotel) was probably the nicer one. You even had to pay for parking here!

Disappointing

Very poor quality food!!! The risoto was full of oil and the garniture of the steak was cold. The chicken steak has just the taste of not clean grill. The service is not appripriate. We are very disappointed! There is not much choice in Peshtere but it's better to have sandwich on the street instead to eat there. 

Horrible food 

We order salad Vitamins without any vitamin instead and dry and testaless pork meat. Menagerie hold not professional. But the price was just like the food CHEAP. I think we never back again or only for some drinks.

Boring food

We waited for more than 80 minutes. 5 of our orders were forgotten. My steak was so bad and old that I was scared to eat it because it might have been toxic also it was greasy. I waited 1 hour for a salad.

Worst restaurant in my life

We passed throw city of Peshtera,after a trip to cave Snejanka.
I were looking for place to eat,so we decided to sit here.
Service was horrible.
   Meat was old.
Order came after 1 hour.
It was soaked in oil (steaks,shish kebap).
Do not visit.



Bad food

Unfriendly staff, bad food, the spa area is very expensive (10€), the hotel smells like deep fry, on the bar seemingly for foreigners the price are much higher as for citizens, this hotel is not recommendable
