You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of BGN 293.4 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that any type of special request needs to be confirmed by the property. Please note that free cleaning is done once a week, while light cleaning is done daily. Towels are changed every 3 days and sheets are changed every 7 days. Please note that dish washing is not offered as a service.
