Excellent place good service, the  owner was there all the time for us and drove us every day to ski. Free breakfast, not kosher, good location.Worth the money.לא כשר כרגע

Excellent for price

Clean room, with good location.They have free rides to the ski mountain.

Really satisfied with the services. I was twice here this season.
The room was clean,very warm and well quipped.
The was incredibly helpful with every you need and absolutely kind with their guests.
The food was delicious, fresh and there were everything for everyone.
It’s close to the city centre 5-10 min and the place is calm and not too load, no cars !

Highly recommended!!!

This is the worst experience I had in my life. Check-in was late for 3 hours. The heating was not working. The shower was broken. There was no wifi in the rooms. The food was terrible - there was chicken wings and fish fillet every day. This is a Zero star hotel.

Terrible Experience

The few things I liked were that: 
- the hotel was very warm, 
- the shuttle driver was very kind and drove me to the ski piste out of his ordinary schedule,
- the receptionist with the long hair sitting on the left of the reception was kind 

What I didnt like:
- we paid for a room with a view and were initially given one without. Then when they moved us the room turned out worse than the first one in terms of convenience. And the toilet was leaking. Everything inside the rooms and hotel is old and needs renovation. The sheets were dirty.
- SPA doesnt work all day long but only between 16-20 o;clock, because apparently to them all people who come to Bansko ski during the day and no need to turn it on for other guests before that. 
- the ski wardrobe is very suspicious and is located in a room outside of the hotel where nobody gives you a number or anything to make sure that you will take back your equipment and not somebody else's. I put my snowboard inside the room cause they couldnt even find the key to the wardrobe room. 
- They are no slippers in the rooms so that you can go to the SPA. The bathrobes are paid too. 
- there was some misunderstanding with the massages we booked and it turned out that they are not doing them either. They work after 16 o'clock too. Later they offered us to make me and my friend simultaneous massages in the room, which sounded ridiculous. In the end there were massage beds in the SPA area but they were dirty and the massage was not what was expected. It was very gentle instead of a good muscle massage. 
- The receptionist (I think her name was Tanya) was very rude and passive-aggressive from the beginning of our stay.

I dont recommend the hotel

Excellent hotel, nice and big clean rooms with heating radiators.
Hot water in shower. Very pleasant. personnel and do all the best to assist you.
Dinner was very tasty and big portion.
Sauna was great and pool is heated.
The distance to ski site is short and they also provide a shuttle.

Highly recommended hotel

We were 4 friends and we stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. The hotel is pretty small and modest but for its cheap price its worth it! The owners are very nice and friendly and they took us every morning to the gondula and back! The hotel has a nice pool and 2 saunas (no jacusi) and the stuff openned it for us whenever we asked. I have to say that we had a weired smell of old stuff in the room and it wasnt the cleanest but if you would like to save some money and get a fine value for it and a personal treatment then, I'd highly recommend this hotel for you! +) I guess the breakfast was ok. The ladies on reception too, as well as the location. That's as far as my positive feedback can go.

-) The place is neglected. It is certainly not a 4* hotel, I don't think it even covers 2*. 
We had breakfast and dinner included - the dinner was bad - it had no taste, the quantities were not enough for all the people, plus everyone from our group had stomach ache complains afterwards. 
The "spa" has a sauna, steam bath and a cold pool with just 4-5 lounge chairs. The whole room was not warm enough so you can't stay and relax in your swim suit. The maintenance guy was unprofessional and disrespectful. The Jacuzzi was out of order - the roof has fallen down and they had no intentions of fixing it. They were out of the free spa slippers that should go in your room so that you can visit the spa center. You have to pay for bath robe. 
We were a group of friends - our room was okay in temperature, but our friends complained that their rooms were cold. Even though the rooms were cleaned, there were remains of hair in ours - on the sheets, in the bathroom. 
The whole stay was definitely not worth the price and I would not recommend it!
