The Hotel is near the Gondola station and restaurants.
The office manager was very kind and tried to satisfy all our needs.
The breakfast was very plentiful and good. I asked to have something sweet for breackfast and they gave me everyday something sweet.
The Pool water was a little bit cold. We wanted to access the sauna and it was switched off(we were the last customers of the hotel) and while we waited for the Sauna to got warm the offiice manager offered us a free massage.
The room was big and confortable.
I suggest the manager to improve the wifi net, because inside the room the signal was very poor.

What ever you do do not come to this hotel the internet is not good the food is not good and the restorant manager is the most stupidest person in the world he embrassed me in front of all the people in the restoramt (more than 55 people) just do not come here pleace you are going to regreet coming here

Do not come here 

I stayed in Polaris Inn Bansko for a few days with 11 more people in February 2017 and we were all extremely dissatisfied. When we arrived most of the rooms were cold (around 17-18 degrees) and the temperature increased only 1-2 days after our stay so it seemed that the heating was switched on a few hours before our arrival. The rooms and the bed sheets were dirty, the food in the restaurant was not very good and the whole service was horrible. When we asked for the pool, we were told that it is not heated enough so this seemed like a polite way of saying that it's not working. The only exception was the reception guy who was very nice and I felt a bit sorry for him that he has to receive so many complaints... To sum up, my advice is - DO NOT VISIT THIS HOTEL.

Terrible hotel (do not go there)

We recently returned from staying at these apartments which we booked due to the close location to the gondola, the swimming pool,sauna,spa, restaurant and bar. Well what can I say, it was close to the gondola! On arrival at 11pm there was a notice on the front door saying this hotel is not working. When 'the manager' eventually arrived we queried this and we were told it was an old sign which hadn't been removed. Over the next few days we realised there was no bar, the restaurant was closed and the swimming pool, sauna and spa were closed. We do not see a meme bed of staff until around day 4 when we were informed that the hotel was closed to tourists this year !! Other than this the studio apartments were warm, clean and well appointed.

No facilities available despite being advertised

Good if you're looking for somewhere to stay at a reasonable price that's close to the Gondola and Bansko village. It's a basic but modern apartment with all amenities you need and is cleaned (on request) as much as you need.  On our first night they could not provide the 2 bedroom apartment we requested but they more than made up for it by giving us two separate apartments for the rest of the week, so it worked out even better in the end.  The swimming pool and spa area was not luxurious but fine for a quick dip and you had to pay extra for the staff to turn on the sauna.  The staff were very friendly and were happy to help us out when we needed it.  We really couldn't complain considering we got it for such a good price.  Could have done with bedside lamps but other than that it had everything we needed.

We stayed for 5 nights at the Polaris arriving at 0100 am on14 March. As advised the reception was manned and we received a warm friendly and professional welcome. Our 2 bedroom apartment was on the first floor, extremely warm with great views of the mountains, clean, warm and well appointed, full hob cooker, washing machine, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment.  The apartment also benefitted from having two bathrooms, the larger with a great shower. The staff good not do enough for us, providing us with a kettle and tin opener. The free use of the Wi-Fi in the bar/reception area was also very useful. The daily change of towels and cleaning is also worth noting. 

The only disappointing element regarding the Polaris was the swimming pool was not available. A broken window, with resulting glass being in the swimming pool being given as the reason for it not being available.

Eating out would recommend the Victoria, book in advance and also Queens for a beer and food but also the best and largest supermarket within walking distance of the apartment.

An extremely good base for skiing.  Well done & thanks.
