Room was lovely with a mountain view, and location was great. Short walking distance from the gondola and centre. Parking (in the yard) is also not a problem at all - Safe and locked. Thank you so much dear Petar and Daisy for being super friendly and helpful.

Cosy!

This is our first year in Grami. The hotel has a great location, near the centre and the staff is very polite. It is very warm and clean. The food is excellent and delicious . I would recommend it to everyone and would come back again.

Good hotel with delicious food 

Such a sweet darling hotel. Friendly staff, delicious food (small selection but some of the best we have had in a hotel). On arrival we were given a choice of rooms due to size of party when booking. Deluxe rooms are luxurious and modern but we chose the 2 bedroom apartment which is quirky but suited us better. As below someone mentioned the shower, deluxe room doesnt have this problem but i think they might be referring to the apartment but it hasnt bothered us. We have really enjoyed our stay with a fantastic location and passionate staff. If we come back to bansko we will definitely return. Amazing value for money.

Fantastic value for money and run by the heart from passionate staff

Stayed there for a short ski break in February. Dated rooms, but not an issue for skiing. Breakfast was excellent, good choice, but coffee from a machine not so good. Staff very accomodating / very helpful and want to provide good service.  Shower in room was hot but constantly overflowed onto the floor & bathroom smelled (no ventilation apart from a small fan).   Same in other room from our party. Annoying. They have a spa, small sauna and steam room (small pool too) and they worked well and were empty on the occassions we used them. I showered here!  Underfloor heating kept rooms warm, slept well I have to admit. Oddly no bins in the rooms so room gets messy. Terrific location for skiing and was relatively cheap. This is a good hotel if you are on a budget  and would be even better if they fixed their shower problems.

We stayed here in January 2022 in a family room for 3 persons. We are new into skiing and wanted something close to Gondola and the centre and also on decent price and Grami hotel was the perfect choice for us. The room was nice and cosy, very artistic furniture inside and there was always hot water and heating. We only booked with breakfast but it was a mistake as the food in the morning was very delicious, great choice and assortment and also very strict on keeping guest safe of covid as they supplied masks and gloves for all guests in order to be able to use the morning buffet. The hotel is indeed close go ski lift so you can easily go walking with your ski boots to there. It is also a minute away from main street in Bansko with many shops and local restaurants. We used their spa area after long ski days and would recommend it too, with nice heated pool, sauna, infrared cabin and steam room, it was a great finish to our day and very nice experience especially after staying in the cold all day to dip into the pool or to stay in the hot sauna.
But the most important in this hotel is the staff. They are all awesome, very welcoming, very helpful and ready to go extra mile for their guests. The owner is the main guy and he was extremely kind on the phone when taking our booking and provided us with many  information regarding our stay. The lady at reception was also very helpful and always ready to assist with a smile and positive attitude. The main lady in the restaurant is their gem and you can ask her anything, she was always very polite and madr us great impression.
In overall I would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting the area, it has service and food that can compare to much more than 3 stars and we are looking forward for our next stay here.

Best hotel in Bansko, close to ski lift, welcoming staff and tasty food!!!

We are a family with two children, we come to Bansko each year. This is our first year in Grami. The hotel has a great location, near the centre and the gondola. It is very warm and clean. The food is excellent with a lot of variety even for picky eaters like my kids. I would reccomend it to everyone and would come back again!

Best hotel we have stayed in in Bansko so far.

Stands proudly on the category of 3 starts ! Reception and stuff always with a smile,always helpful,and having answers to our every question ! Breakfast has a lot of plates,so is the evening buffet ! Location near gondola,always warm,pool is not olympic size but is ok if u want to have a swim,i would stay again !

A very friendly hotel !

We come to Bansko for 7 years, every year we booked a different hotel. This year we chose Grami Hotel. It was the best choice.
Clean rooms - every day the rooms are cleaned, the personal very friendly, the food was great (we had breakfast and dinner).
We will definitely come back to this hotel next time.


Excellent 

Excellent value for money and great location. In addition to those very friendly and helpful staff. The precautions that have taken against covid-19 in hotel can clearly be seen. Overall my stay and experience was satisfactory, but it would be a bit better if there was a kettle in the room.

Very hospitable, good location and helpful staff.

Stayed with my daughter for 5 nights there. Nice and friendly staff. The downside is that there is  no hairdryer or kettle in the room. Also rooms could be updated. The facilities are decent enough with the small swimming pool, sauna and steam room. However, water was cold on some days.
The location is excellent,  1 minute to main street and about 5 minutes walk to gondola station. Overall nice stay.
