The room are cleaned good quality of bed sheets and many more the staff member are very Amber you will guide every step I am apart from the fooding in giving the breakfast that also work motivation as per the fee taking on the room the food was good and that it will be located easily

This is one of the best hotels I've been to.

The service is unbelievable for the paying price, starting with a host and an owner of the hotel who are friendly, polite and open to help at any moment.

Rooms are clean, tidy and modern with all appliances needed.
It's always warm inside, the bathroom has ground heating and there is at any moment hot water.

Location is good, only 10minutes walk to gondola and main street.
Lokal shop is pretty near.
They provide a free shuttle to gondola several times at morning and at two times at the end of skiing day, at 4 pm and 5 pm.

Food for breakfast is regular. The restaurant serves good food for lunch, I can not say it is something special but it is pretty cheap.

Overall, I can not find any negative aspect of this hotel.

When booking a week in Bulgaria to ski, me and my partner used Booking.com and reserved a £240 Hotel Room in a Modern Apartment with a Pool, Jacuzzi and Spa! After a while thinking about it we realised we were only going to be in the Hotel when it came to sleeping really; We would be out on the slopes all day and enjoying all the beautiful restaurants and nightlife Bansko has to offer!.. So we rebooked with a much cheaper Hotel 'Family Hotel Jik' at £108 for the week, For a couple! BARGAIN 😍

The Hotel is literally a 5-10 minute walk from the Gondola lifts but they do offer lifts aswell free of charge! The room we got was actually an apartment! We had a huge bedroom, another room which had a living room and a Kitchen area aswell as a VERY modern Bathroom! 👌🏽 it was SO much more than we had expected for such a little price! There is unlimited Coffee available downstairs 24-7 which is always lovely after a day in the snow! There is an unlimited breakfast included which was VERY tasty and a lot more than I expected. 

Unfortunately the slopes just weren't for me and I didn't enjoy skiing in the slightest so I won't be returning! However I will be sure to recommend to all my family and friends looking to go in a skiing holiday in Bansko 💘

Stayed here for a month in Jan 2017. Hotel is away from the main part of Bansko so nice and quiet. 

Room was on the top floor and clean with comfortable bed. I had to turn the radiator right down as it was far to hot for me even with it well below freezing outside. Not sure if any of the rooms had balconies or better views but I had quite a pleasant backdrop of the surrounding mountains.

The owners (I think) seemingly work dawn till dusk and yet somehow are always friendly and happy to help. English speaking and didn't seem to mind my terrible attempts at Bulgarian. After asking after a laundrette he offered to do it for me and didn't want anything for it until I insisted! 

Free transport to and from gondola station at specific times - or just walk as it's only 500m or so. Wifi was occasionally patchy during the evening but fine at all other times. 

Food was on the more basic side but tasty, fresh and excellent value. Plenty of salads for the veggies out there. 

All in all one of the best places I've ever stayed and excellent value for money.

We had the chance to stay there for a week, at very cheap prices, with sauna, steam baths being free. Water & coffee are also free. The restaurant  was the best and cheapest place to eat. Don't miss it!

Comfortable big and warm rooms with balcony. Staff was very friendly and wanted to help. We came for skiing and we liked it that they had a minibus for the hotel guest for transfer to gondola. They even have a small kind of spa center - Turkish bath, Sauna and a Jacuzzi. The only drawback is very poor internet connection and not many choices for breakfast (We had breakfast arranged in the price).

The place to stay

We read all the reviews before booking and non of them is reflecting the experience we had. First there is NO ELEVATOR!! After a long day of sky the last thing you want is going up 3 floors.No safe-boox in the room. We stayed for a week , they didn't changed the sheets even once !! And changed the towels once!! After 6 days! The WiFi is week and the TV don't have any international chanaels. The breakfast is boring and there not a lot of options (and the same every day). The only good thing was the service and the restaurant for dinner-the food is good and not expensive. The shatal for the Gondola is good . The hotel location is 15(!) Minutes walk from the center. The rooms are old and we had 2 twin bed pushed together that is fine if you set them as one bed but it wasn't the Case for us. Buttem line - less then average Hotel.

First of all the reviews are fake. 
The room is looking ok, but every day the cleaning staff didn't do much besides sorting our beds, they didn't even gave us new bed sheets although mine was dirty and it was seen clearly and also the TOWELS! we had to recycle the towels for 6 days.
The morning breakfast is too minimalistic, there's not much.
The reception wasn't available when we needed it (our radiator stopped working).
Although, you get what you pay for, for the bad and for the good.
