Vivant Residence

I was in Vicosa attending a conference, so this hotel booking was left in the hands of the organisers. I did not have high hopes (past experience) and nor did I think Vicosa itself was the ideal location for a landmark conference. But in the end both the Vivant Suites Hotel and Vicosa itself were better than I had anticpiated. Vivant has a bit of an 'industrial'' look to it but anyone with business at the large Federal University in Vicosa could not be better placed than at the Vivant Suites Rooms were clean and relatively quiet, building was very modern, I would guess it had been built quite recently. Breakfast was typical could not say good or bad - more than adequate. Walking distance to the centre of town and the University of Vicosa sprawling campus Check out staff were slow and disorganised but overall the Vivant Suites was an unexpected surprise
