It's a very nice, very familiar hotel, located on the seafront with a beautiful warm water beach.The hotel has a warm water swimming pool, an indoor coach.The room is spacious, comfortable and very clean, the air conditioning works excellent.The breakfast is very complete and is tended by its owner who pays attention to it.

The place is clean, couple meters from the beach but is not a hotel... Is just a bed & breakfast. 
We left there even before the checkout time and will NEVER step there again. 
The place is so noisy and loud that is impossible to sleep or nap. 
At saturday morning before 8 am  kids running around our door crazily. People yelling and laughing loudly, a total lack of respect for the other guests.  
Saturday afternoon we tried to nap and was impossible! We keep hearing the voice of a female laughing and yelling the whole afternoon at our window. Was so annoying that we were ready to leave that day. So later on we figure out THAT FEMALE IS THE OWNER! Yes, she could not care less for the people there. So at night happened the same we keep hearing her talk loud with other people. Employees and owner are TOTALLY careless with the guests. 

Nunca mais colocaria meus pés la. Nao e um hotel, e tipo uma pensao, extremamente barulhenta. A dona grita e fala alto o dia inteiro, a manha toda e a tarde tb. Impossivel dormir, saimos de la mais cedo pq estamos irritados de ouvir aquela voz. Um descaso total com os hospedes. Lugar barulhento, todo mundo gritando, nao tem estacionamento para todos os carros...
A dona acha que administra um bar?!  As pessoas vao para descansar, dormir relaxar na praia e ela deveria fechar a boca perto da porta e das janelas.

Loud, noisy Bed & breakfast

We are a couple with two children.We booked at this hotel in December 2013.A week before my daughter started with pneumonia and called the hotel to see if we could cancel without expenses, to which we were told that we had no problem.The same day we didn't come we were charged the 270 reais of cancellation fees and when I spoke to the manager, Mrs. Cristina, she defended herself by commenting that it was a lie that I had called and later that I had not spoken to her, she is not responsible for what her hotel staff does.A fairly clever excuse...
