Go, but only if you already know what you will expect, or maybe if you are with the mind open to good suprises. If you are used to resorts, huge tables of breakfast, forget about it. You are where the Amazonia river ends meeting the sea. So please, go with a special but simple spirit. The Pousada dos Guarás is a nice place to relax, takes small rides at a buffalo, and swim in the pool, or, aware that you are not at a caribeann beach, but in a small river called "igarapé" by brazillian indigene. (boat's way). The only service that I can complain about this pousada, is the breakfast, they really can improve it to get tasty even to the paraenses.
