First comes first, the hostel is brilliantly located in Botafogo, close to subway and bus stops making it very easy to explore this vast city. The hostel itself is great. Clean and tidy, with a great rooftop and BBQ, Netflix on the television and a cafe/bar located on the first floor with cheap beer. The thing that sets this hostel apart from any other I've stayed in in South America as a whole is the manager, Eduardo. We were only at the hostel for 5 days, and Eduardo made it a brilliant stay. He is incredibly knowledgeable about local areas and things to do, he takes his guests on hikes, to the football and on nights out, and goes above and beyond to help you enjoy Rio. I honestly don't know where he gets his energy from. I would fully recommend making this hostel your base whilst in Rio!!
