Amazing place to stay. Really comfortable. We stayed at the Loft.Some negative things though:-After the receptionist swiped my credit card on her machine to charge me for my remaining balance, she gave me my receipt, but then she wanted to re-swipe my credit credit so she could charge me again. She explained to me that her reason was because she incorrectly used the wrong credit card swiping machine and that I would receive a refund for her mistakenly swiping my credit on the wrong machine. After she noticed my frustration, she told me that she would not re-swipe my credit card. Every time I go to Brazil it’s always something. Be careful with certain Brazilians...a lot of them are opportunists ... they are very slick and will do almost anything to take financial advantage of you, especially if you’re American.-Someone else’s hair inside the Jacuzzi when we first walked into the room.-Some tiny spider webs on the bathroom ceiling.- someone else’s food inside the mini-fridge.
