377 reviewsI've stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks recently and I could write several pages of complimentary remarks about it. The rooms are luxurious, spacious, and clean. The shower is awesome. The bed is more comfortable than my own. The Everest staff is not just polite and helpful, they always went out of their way to help me with questions or requests. I was impressed. BTW, I have stayed at other properties like the Sheraton and the Plaza San Rafael, but the Everest is the best hotel in Porto Alegre hands down. No hotel property in Porto Alegre can compare with the service + accommodations + location that the Everest offers. One particular thing that impressed me too was that, one day I left in a hurry and neglected to put my credit cards, money (thousands of dollars), passport, jewelry, etc. in the safe. Nothing was taken while the room was cleaned. Thank you Everest, your hotel will be my hotel of choice from this point on when I visit Porto Alegre.
