I spent 5 days at this Hotel with my son during WC 2014 and frankly I was impressed by the very spacious room that we stayed in. The staff were very friendly and helpful. This hotel offers one of the best Breakfast buffet we had in Brazil and we stayed in quiet few Hotels. To get to this hotel from the Airport ( DO NOT go to the Rodoviara (bus station) as some suggested in the reviews it is very dangerous area instead take the Bus that goes from Airport to Centro for only 6 RIALS and ask the bus driver to let you off at the Plaza Hotel stop, right in front of the Plaza then walk half a block and you get to a street make a left walk like 15 to 20 yards and Voila you are at the front door of Master Palace. Brazilian people are very friendly and helpful so don't be surprised at the end of your trip if you end up with new friends, There are many things to see in the south of Brazil so enjoy
