We stayed for 2 nights at this place. Reception is quite simple but staff are great and super helpful! Everything is super clean and immaculate. Rooms were quite good size, with bathroom (shower), Brand new beds, renovated rooms and great air con too. Breakfast was superb! Best than even a 5/6 star hotel! Serious you must try! Cecília makes the most delicious cakes and pies! They have a swimming pool. Not sure if heated and we didn't need as was a pleasant 30 degrees day. We walked to Natal Luz from here, around 8 blocks. Thank you so much for all staff for making us feel welcome and looking after us. If we ever go back to Gramado we will definitely come back to this place!
