Excellent location, with exceptional service, cozy atmosphere with the air of the house itself. Small, so this atmosphere. We stayed for a weekend and a week with the family and by coincidence there was a golden family staying. With the two families filled the hotel.

Excellent hotel cleanliness, structure. Excellent service. Easy check-in even at the doorstep without having to get out of the vehicle. Excellent breakfast with kids space. Excellent clean and modern room. Smart structure. Beautiful and cozy patio with swimming pool. We love it! Super recommended!

It is still a very good accommodation option in Pelotas. Very good accommodation with emphasis on the comfort of the vehicle being guaranteed next to the room. Great breakfast and very attentive service.

Very good hotel, clean, very pleasant atmosphere and total privacy! super cozy and beautiful leisure area. The only suggestion is to improve the breakfast a little, it's not compatible with the rest of the hotel. But I highly recommend a better option of Pelotas!

That's wonderful!

Poor experience I had with this hotel, I was there last week, just my husband and I need to go back before the date I intended, because of family health problems, I paid all the daily payments in sight, I warned in advance that I would have to go back, I didn't have the refund of the last 4 days, I've stayed in other hotels of the same standard and I've always been heard and my problem solved, but in this hotel it was different, orders were passed by the owner so that my daily payments would not be returned, thus falling into disrepair!! RUM experience

What was once a motel on the way to the Laranjal beach road has become a good alternative for those who want to stay in Pelotas. Positive points: Great bed, good shower, clean room, good availability of TV channels, although there are some classics missing like Warner and Sony. Near good restaurants and a shopping mall. The owner and staff are very friendly and attentive. Decent WiFi for sending emails. Negative points: Relatively far from the center and out of town. Apart from the windows having canvases, my room was littered with snacks, which harmed my sleeping night despite the good bed. And what caught my attention was the simplicity of the morning coffee.

A good alternative to the old hotels in the centre of Pelotas

Excellent service, externally attentive staff, very good facilities with secure parking and impeccable rooms, well-served breakfast and good outdoor area with swimming pool, gym and sports field.

It's not a traditional hotel, it's a type of high-rotation hotel turned into a hotel. It's also not a 4 star hotel as suggested by Booking, I think it would be 2. I understand the location is not good because it's far from everything. The breakfast is right, but I listen. It's not a traditional hotel. The staff is extremely helpful and attentive, a very favourable point. The hotel's rooms are accessed from the outside by the open check-in and the entrance is quite impersonal as they ask you to leave the car outside and check-in to then leave the room. The room is quite comfortable with a fiber-coated ceiling inside, which makes the temperature of these rooms difficult to maintain. The state of maintenance of the gymnasium is incomplete, but the gymnasium is unlimited, and the price of the pool is not good, but it's definitely not a good price to pay.

A new hotel, on the outskirts of Pelotas, near the Laguna. It has all the amenities (ticket, football pitch, gym, bicycle rental, grill). No need to enter the city of Pelotas and you can go for a night out at one of the several restaurants on the shore of the lagoon. The rooms have their own spacing and entrance (in the style of the old router motels), but everything is new and very well maintained.
