I was very well attended by friendly people (without exception), who were always concerned about the well-being of the guests. Considering the style is rustic, the place is very cozy and meets the needs of those who are enjoying the beauty of Laranjal and the Duck Lagoon.

A great choice for the Laranjal

The photos and description of the inn do not match reality. It urgently needs maintenance. The internet does not work and the TV only with two or three channels open, except the religious and the officials. The breakfast is sadly poor. To ask for information from the staff only in person, I go down stairs and walk through the yard in the cold, since there is no phone in the rooms. In short, we will not return!

Decadent

I rented a luxurious suite with wedding decoration to present my son. I paid almost 500 reais and to my disappointment not only was the structure of the hotel bad, with droplets, skinless walls, as well as the cleaning was not there these things. They even took pictures to show me. It looked like I paid a room for 100.00:/ Another thing, Wi-Fi service and canals in the room, as promised, does not exist.

Disappointed

The hotel has had its heyday, but it's pretty decadent. It needs urgent renovations and better maintenance and cleanliness. The breakfast is very poor and the juice is artificial. The internet is terrible. It has a lot to improve.

Needing reforms

I stayed during the pandemic (covid19) when the movement was not very big. The owner, who lives in the place, said that she would do everything possible and impossible not to fire any member of her team. With this attitude, she earned my respect and a frequent guest, as I travel to work regularly.

More than cordial service.

A comfortable bed, a slightly uncomfortable bath with warm water only in shower. The staff very friendly. The breakfast is plentiful and not very varied. Very few kitchen utensils, no vessels or cups, only two cups, if microwave. As posada is passable, as apart hotel leaves much to be desired. It is 100m from the beach and 12km from the centre of Pelotas.

For one or two nights.

First of all, we need to see that it is a guest house and not a hotel, and by making that distinction we can see that it is a picturesque and ideal place to stay overnight if you are in transit through the area.We used it coming from Florianopolis.

To spend the night.

The truth is that it's worth knowing is that it's just a few minutes from downtown Pelotas and a block from Laranjal Beach, a super quiet place with very good accommodations!

Very good hotel!

We stayed as a family in a very well equipped apartment with terraces and air conditioning. Everything is fine, the staff is very attentive and breakfast is very good. It is very close to the beach, a very recommended place.
